Great vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how light the vacuum is. It is perfect for small apartments or dorms. It is easy to carry around and easy to clean out. The opening is wide and easy to dump out the contents. I just wish it came with some equipment that helps with cleaning windows

Powerful suction, parts are rickety

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I really like this vacuum. I used it in all the bedrooms in my house and was shocked/amazed/horrified at just how much was in the canister after each pass through. I vacuumed each room 3 times and was still seeing accumulation in the canister. I also used it on hardwood to vacuum up debris from my pets, like paper shavings and random bits of seeds and food. The canister is easy to operate and open, however it does pop off if you pull on it even without the intention to get it off. I like that the handle doubles as the extending tube but the flexible tube it is attached to is not long or flexible enough for a real reach. I love how compact it is and it is definitely replacing the bag vacuum I have currently. I was unfamiliar with filter systems in vacuums before this so washing and replacing the filter is a learning curve but I haven't noticed any drop in performance after washing it or not. I like the two attachments it comes with and they fit nicely into the vacuum without falling off. Using it is very intuitive and satisfying. It definitely has good cleaning power. Some improvements to the quality of the attachments would be nice too, the whole vacuum seems "rickety" or fragile/cheap plastic. I also wish you could raise/lower the rotating brush and an easier way to cut hair out of the vacuum.

Great small vacuum for pet owners!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rent a one bedroom with den with plank flooring in the entryway, bathroom and kitchen; carpet in the rest of the home. With two cats there is always hair and this vacuum worked great on both types of flooring and worked extremely well in small spaces!

The person I bought it for says that it is not picking up hardy anything. She says that it is not worth the money.
