Not worth spending your money on

Emptied an entire tank full of solution onto sofa. Machine had no suction power. Didn't suck up any of the solution. Dirty water side had no liquid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not gonna lie, Tiktok did make me buy it. I do however think this is the most perfect machine! I have used it to clean my mattress, a vintage arm chair, all the upholstery in my car (that was an experience), and I spot cleaned carpet. It is super easy to use and I 11/10 would buy again!

One of our friends got sick on our brand new couch... unfortunately the cleaning service we hired did not do that good of a job cleaning it out. I purchased the Bissell machine with the hopes of cleaning the area a bit more and it worked! It will come in handy for future uses and it was definitely worth the money!

This product is great I had just bought brand new couches to where I had my cat pee on my couch I was devastated and didn't know how to take it out I bought this shampooer and it works wonders It almost all out on the first used I highly recommend the shampooer It's great for the price

Hopefully, this will be a positive change. However, I don't like that the new model doesn't heat the water.
