Not as good as the original

I bought this one as a replacement for the one I had for many years before the motor died. I didn't look too closely at the box, as I assumed it would be like the old one - it's not. My first one had a scrubber on the bottom so I could put the unit over a stain in the carpet and it would run independently. This new unit has no such ability and it does NOT do the job as well with the handheld hose. I also don't like that I have to do the physical scrubbing and vacuuming of the liquid, when that had been part of the original machine's cycle. Why would you not offer something that obviously works better that this replacement? My mistake was not looking closely enough at the picture on the box, but feel like there was "bait and switch" involved because it has the same name, same shape and no indication that it had been redesigned.
I have several Bissel floor cleaning products that I am very happy with, but this is the one item I use frequently with elder cats. I am seriously disappointed in the lower quality and am leery about another purchase.
Just one other item; your cleaning products are very well formulated, but a little pricey. Why do you never seem to offer those on sale??

This thing takes forever to charge. Doesn’t hold a charge and you can’t use it plugged in. Great piece of junk.

Used to clean sofa, chairs. Should have just used fabric spray. This has no suction. As in zero. Pointless.

I'm using this a lot! I have an old cat with bladder problems. I use this machine 3 to 4 times a day. It picks up the urine, stops the smell, leaves no stain. I'd like a 24" longer hose and wider cleaning brush. Lightweight makes it portable. Good suction.
