Pretty good but could be WAY better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Am impressed with how much dirt it picks up! But the cons are: 1. Hose is just not long enough! 2. Heat from the motor hits you straight on bc hose is too short. 3. Nozzle it comes with get clogged up easily, and dirt gets stuck in the corners. 4. Unless you flip the nozzle upwards, the liquids just stays bubbling and doesn't get into the hose as well. They should hire me, bc I have ideas on how they could improve! Pros The amount of cleaning solution and water is just right!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 13 year old Little Green Machine finally had a seizure and died so I purchased a new one. I use it to clean spots on my house carpet, clean ornamental area rugs and clean my vehicles' seat belts. I was amazed at how much dirt was removed from the stained areas. I always go over the cleaned area with fresh water to remove any soap residue (which I believe attracts dirt) and even more dirt was removed. My only concern is debris that gets into the tool head and cannot be cleaned out, even with soaking. On my old machine the clear cover was removable to the debris can be removed. on the new tool, the cover cannot be removed (verified by calling Bissell), hence some debris remains - see photo

Of course with three cats, without fail, there was an accident on the couch. I bought this to remove the stain and smell and it was great. Set up was frustrating because directions were not clear, but Bissell provided support to walk me through and once I got it up and running, it has been a savior ever since. The week after getting this my partners dog had a terrible stomach bug and was puking bite 8 to 10 times a day. This thing got stains out of carpet, rugs, couches, chairs - I cannot believe it! Wish I got this sooner for a quick, easy clean up #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on cat puke, no problem. What I was REALLY impressed by was its ability to get mold out of my carpet. I was silly and had a humidifier going on my carpet without a stand... Fast forward a month and there's an awful black ring on my carpet! I took the little green to it and within several minutes it was completely gone. Like, I can't tell there was ever mold there. Carpet literally looks brand new. I love this thing!

Little Green leak

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Little Green machine to clean my couch as I have a very drooly dog. Read good reviews about this machine. I opened it up and used it for the first time today. It cleaned the drool right up no issues except for it leaked about 1/4 of the cleaning solution all over my floor. I just wanted to clean the couch not have to come back and clean the floors after I'm done using this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am stuck with a machine I can't return and it's terrible

I bought the Little Green machine a few months A few months back in anticipation of having new carpet installed in my bedroom and with two cats I knew I would need it. It sat In the box for a while so it was beyond the 30 day window of return. Finally, after the new year the carpet was installed and within a few days one of my cats vomited on it. It was just a tiny boo-boo, nothing major, and I immediately got out that Little Green machine and followed all the instructions, and it was just a tiny bit of vomit and didn't even penetrate down into the thick carpet, so basically a small surface stain. Unfortunately the machine was barely sucking at all And it did not remove the stain. All it did was get the carpet wet and not suck up the stain. I had to get a professional carpet cleaner out here. In reading reviews I see that the Pet model has better suction than the Little Green, So I bought one of those instead and now the brand new Little Green machine is sitting in my garage. The Pet modeldoes seem to suck a little better, but not as well as my old Bissell Pet Spot Bot that I had years ago that I used constantly. Why is it necessary for Bissell to make so many machines, the array is dazzling and confusing. Why not just make two or three machines that work really well like you did in the old days?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved this vacuum cleaner! I tackled my sofas first that were in dire need of a clean. They look brand new after I cleaned with my little green. I loved that it came with a small bottle of cleaning solution. The only thing I do wish, was that the water bucket was bigger so I wouldn't have to keep refilling/ emptying it. I might just be using a lot of the solution/water mix. But it's not a big deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this once, about 4 months after reviewing it as a gift, so the warranty does not apply to me. Basic puppy pee accident. Seemed to work well. Rinsed out the dirty tank per the instructions. Came back a week later, and the entire dirty tank is filled with slimy mold. Likely the hose is as well, but I can't see that. It's currently soaking in a bucket of bleach solution, but I don't have high hopes, as it can't really be taken apart to be scrubbed. Too bad, as it was easy to use and the puppy is still a puppy.
