I was curious to see how well it worked, so I cleaned half of a rug and let it dry. There was a HUGE and visible difference!!! I will always, always, always have this little green!!

The machine worked great on spots, but the stench it puts into the air is horrendous. The machine is built poorly as I can't fully disassemble to clean, but we do clean it as thoroughly as possible when used. I wish I had never bought us as this problem has been ongoing since the very first use.

Thanks for your review. It's good to hear the machine works good on your spots. We can help with the odor with your machine. The best way to clean is to take a bowl of water with a drop of BISSELL Spot & Clean compact formula. Then suction the water back up into the collection tank to clean out the hose and tool. You may have to do this a few times before clean water comes back.

I bought one and have gone a little nuts with deep cleaning anything I can! I've cleaned my mattress, my car seats, rugs! It cleans so well and it's so easy to use. I've told anyone that cares to listen (and even some who don't, haha) about how amazing this is. It's probably the easiest purchase I've ever made.

Thank you for supporting rescue animals and especially pitbulls. We love our spot cleaner for our oldest pit who has accidents time to time and this little machine does great!!! Small machine that it's so easy to use and transport from inside to auto

I wanted something portable for cleaning up pet messes. This machine puts down a good spray and the brush loosens any dried mess and then does a good job of sucking it all up. I had trouble with a previous machine on other than flat areas. This machine works great on all contours.

Its definitely going to take more than one pass through to get my things as clean as I would like but it is def an improvement.
