Big Cleaning from a Small Cleaner!

When you have pets, children, and guests, you'll have accidents! The Little Green Portable Carpet Cleaner is a great tool for recovering from the spills and other "accidents" that can ruin carpets and rugs. It's lightweight and maneuverable, and with the Bissell cleaning compounds does a superb job. The cleaner uses hot water and solution, and the "dirty water" is easy to handle and discard. The suction is strong, and the hose has a very adequate extension. All in all, you can get a big clean from a relatively small cleaning machine!
I would recommend this to a friend!

my machine does not have much suction

the head does not come apart to clean it after every use Not very much suction and cant find any trouble shooting on it on how to fix it

Wonderful machine except the nozzle

Done a good job in cleaning spots. It is impossible to get hairs/little items stuck in the nozzle. FAQ on site do not provide any suggestions.

Does the job

The machine is loud, could benefit from an extendable hose, it doesnt suction up the formula/water too well Note: First use right out of the box. Used on fabric sofa. The latch was down on the dirty water resevoir. When you fill the clean water tank with hot water, mine started rushing out of the valve (maybe water was too hot from the tap, not sure?) I filled to the lines as directed on the jug. Other then that i did see results so it does do a relatively ok job.

Not so impressed

We have three dogs but they are all house trained and rarely get sick. When we do need to use it it performs less and less each time. Also bought for doing stairs that are carpeted but again more and more water left behind. Googled it and You-tubed it. Very frustrated...

Pricey toy some benefit but clogs at turn

I have dogs in two rooms and wanted cheaper carpet cleaner that was simple and lightweight. This is lightweight and made carpet look better. Electric hose is really good length. Suction hose is ok if you are able to bend to the floor alright. Has good potential as upholstery cleaner . I Had to use small anti-clog snake because base tunnel connecting hose to dirty water tank narrows and pet hair clogs. Dirty tank has room for only 1/3 of the clean water suggesting 2/3 of water is expected to stay on the floor? Having to go over some areas a second or third time is normal if stains are bad. Good news is motor holds up and suction isnt bad. I'm just a common home owner. For twice the money you can get a real steam cleaner.

Thanks for the feedback, Rhonda - this machine is intended to clean stains so we do recommend vacuuming or removing dog hair first before use.
