You have a spill and you want to clean it up fast and easy? Whether it's the rug, an easy chair or a couch, this thing is awesome. Nothing to pulling it out and cleaning up the mess in no time flat. All components are attached to the machine so you have one neat little bundle to put back in the closet when you're done. It has very good power and it's lightweight. You have little kids and or pets? You want this thing!

Looking to buy my second one

I'm looking to replace my first one of these, and it survived many years of heavy cleaning and use. From the car to pet stains and for a little while when money was tight I even cleaned my carpets with it. I can't say enough about the abuse this thing can take. I will add, for those wondering how to clean it...you do need to do a very thorough vacuum. But also, every time I used mine I ran water into my bathroom sink and sucked up just plain clean water to rinse/clean all of those parts that you can't see or get to. It seems that thorough cleaning after every use, and letting it dry, has been crucial.

Love my little green

I love my little green! I have yet to have a stain in the last 4 yers that it hasn't taken care of, and with two cats that's saying a lot. It even took dark drow furniture stain out of my carpet. It is amazing! However, I am having a problem with cleaning the dirty water tank and now it is begining to smell. I have filled it with hot soapy water and left it to soak, but that doesn't get a lot of the residue that is left behind. Is there a way to take the bottome of the compartment off, so that I could better access the grim?

Thanks for the great review and sorry you are getting a bad smell in the unit. We recommend suctioning up clean warm water through the hose after using and emptying the tank immediately.
