The cleaning solutions work instantaneously, and everything looks, smells and feels clean, fresh and delightful underfoot! All of my felines are special needs in some way, and there are often medical-related messes to contend with. This makes me feel as though I live in a cozy home and not a veterinary clinic! It's really improved the quality of life for us all in our "lair." [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It somewhat does the job, but didn't quite get some stains out that I was hoping to clean on my mattress. It's also difficult to clean the hose head attachment. The attachment doesn't seem to have great suction for sucking the water back up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
