We bought it because it was a more cost effective solution to cleaning a cat pee damaged chair then renting a steam cleaner twice a month. Easy to do the slight assembly! Really easy to get started, and oh my... it pulls out the dirt and pee out! It takes a bit of practice to get efficient with it, especially if you've never used one. Be patient with yourself. Firm (Not heavy!) pressure, and slow pulling toward you seem to be the best way. I tackled the chair and it took me maybe an hour... focusing mostly on the cushion. It took about 2 -3 hours for the chair to dry completely. So far, it has stayed clean! The picture says it all! Yeah... that's what was pulled out of the chair cushion! What the picture doesn't show is all the cat hair that was removed! A couple weeks after the chair cat peed on the couch. So easy to whip my little green friend, and deal with the mess BEFORE it set in! Took me maybe 20 minutes. Bottom line... this little machine does a wonderful job, is easy to use, and easy to set up!

I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE this little green machine! I have a senior dog and I'm getting a puppy soon. This works wonderful for accidents. I love how light it is and easy to use.

I used this feature after cleaning my couch and am able to store the machine in a very clean state. Glad I bought it will use it a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use to have one for many many years until it started leaking. I loved that it cleaned up the carpet after cat vomit. The only drawback was not being able to clean the nozzle. I called CS and discovered they have a tool to remove hair buildup in nozzle. Also you can buy another nozzel for $6 something that has a removable clear plastic piece on the nozzel for ease of cleaning. These two improvements made my decision to order another machine. Also, they sent a small bottle of cleaning solution that worked on other spots like coffee and grease.

This product works great! Easy to use! Great results. Over time, though, it developed a strong mildew smell. We cleaned it thoroughly, but it still wreaks of mildew. That duckbill part just absolutely absorbed the mildew smell-tried E V E R Y T H I N G to get that smell out. Nothing. Nothing has worked. And we are pretty meticulous with our tools/appliances, etc
