Absolutely AMAZING Machine!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little skeptical, but before I bought a new rug, I thought I would give this machine a try. I mean, I have cats and dogs and accidents are inevitable. When I took it out of the box and turned it on I was "shocked" at how powerful it.

Wonderful machine except the nozzle

Done a good job in cleaning spots. It is impossible to get hairs/little items stuck in the nozzle. FAQ on site do not provide any suggestions.

It leaks

It leaks from the bottom, it's been a nightmare to return it as it is out of stock and I don't have the original box...so I will eat it as it can't be returned without the box...I had one for 15 years prior loved it but it was old so I replaced it with another one and it leaks. Very very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
