[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got the Little Green Machine and cannot believe I hesitated. This thing is easy to use, love the long cord and works so well. It got out a few stains that were at least 1 year old and I really didn't think would come out but they did and the carpet looks great.

Needs a new design for the brush head

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this little thing. The one thing that I don't like, is a really major issue. You cannot clean it thoroughly because the clear plastic piece on the brush nozzle will not come off. You cannot in no way get to the dirt that is in certain spots. And that is nasty. Fix that design flaw and this thing would be perfect

We have three dogs but they are all house trained and rarely get sick. When we do need to use it it performs less and less each time. Also bought for doing stairs that are carpeted but again more and more water left behind. Googled it and You-tubed it. Very frustrated...
