The suction to remove the wash water is very poor and the design of the suction head does not allow it to press firmly to the fabric leaving the fabric wet and still dirty. Very poor product and I doubt the veracity of the number of positive reviews

I just bought this machine to clean my couch which was covered in spots from the dog. I'm happy to say, it got out every stain & the couch looks like new. It was easy to assemble and use. I'm very happy I purchased this machine.

This thing is a joke. I bought it this morning after my puppy had an accident on my couch. After cleaning the mess as much as possible, I sprayed the cushions and waited 3 minutes to pretreat it. This machine doesn't work. I have as little as 1 tablespoon of water in the dirty tank resevoir. Its not sucking any water . Now all I have is a soaking wet couch! I am returning it tomorrow!
