It leaks

It leaks from the bottom, it's been a nightmare to return it as it is out of stock and I don't have the original box...so I will eat it as it can't be returned without the box...I had one for 15 years prior loved it but it was old so I replaced it with another one and it leaks. Very very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a month I finally received it in the mail, so excited to use it! I hooked it all up and to a very sad suprise, the water does not come out of the hose.....nothing happens....very disappointed :(

I love this lil machine, I cleaned my sectional with it. It took an hour but I saved money the first time I used it, my sofa looks brand new when it dried. I'm doing my car seats and carpets in my car next. Tip: I did my adamant first before my sectional and I used Luke warm water not hot (I let it dry 24 hours before setting on the sofa).

Let's face it dogs get sick occasionally and this device makes the clean up very manageable,. This is my third unit in 25 years and this one is as good as the first. I love my Bissel.
