Horrible to clean out any part, especially the head.

This machine is hard to clean out, especially the head. You can't take the head apart, and there is no way to slide anything into it to pull hair or dirt out. The inside bottom of the machine where the tanks rest is hard to clean also, due to all the little crevasses in the bottom,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Christine - we're happy to help you with this! First, disconnect the cleaning tool from the spray trigger by pushing down on button lock and pulling straight off (DO NOT twist tools to remove them). Once removed from the spray trigger, all tools can be cleaned by rinsing under clean running water. To flush the tools and hose before storage, suction up a bowl or full sink of clean water to ensure all debris are removed. Then empty the dirty water.
