[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the carpet cleaner. It's user friendly and contact unlike the industrial cleaner that my dad used to own in the 90's. The only improvement I would like to see is to change the wheels to a 360 turning wheels so that the cleaner can follow around freely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to clean my dog's urine on carpet. It did its job just fine. The only flip side is that I left the clean side water in it and it leaked. Luckily I left the cleaner on a tiled floor, but I will empty the water tanks after using it in the future

It works wonders on some types of stain like coffee but some old, harder stains does not look any different after multiple washes with extra strength stain removals etc. If you are buying for recent pet stains and coffee spills you'll be happy to have this around.
