[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it only once so far and it worked very great, even on tougher stains. I followed the instructions, applying a thin layer of solution to the problem areas and letting it set for 10 minutes before using. Stains lifted with ease. I was shocked at how dirty the water was as the machine sucked the water back out of the fabric. This is the perfect carpet cleaner for anyone with dogs as it removes odor and any accidents. Cleanup is quick and easy, just dump out the dirty water and rinse throughly.
