I have had my little green machine for 4 years. I love it! Today was the first time that I actually had any trouble with it. While cleaning, it quit spraying. I came to this site and was able to fix the problem, relatively easily. I did have a little trouble with odor when I first got it. I realized that it was the dirty tank. Even after emptying it and rinsing it, it still smelled. I was able to eliminate the odor by letting it soak in the sink, with some hot water and vinegar. I do this now after every clean, and I have also learned not to close the cover on top to store. (the one on the machine that you have to close in order to get the suction to fill the dirty tank.) When this one fails, I will definitely buy another.

Overhyped sadly

I've had mine for almost two years now and its lost its suction and smells as if something is burning, in that short span. I used it maybe 7 times. I was happy with it in the beginning but now frustrated. Overall a mid vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
