It's ok, not what I expected. I expected the suction to be stronger and the hot water did not stay warm very long. I have an old one and I was expecting a vast improvement. It did not clean as well as I expected but it was ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry to hear the Little Green didn’t meet your expectations, Mira. The suction should be strong enough for spot cleaning, so if it feels weak, this guide might help: support.bissell.com. Also, the machine uses tap-hot water, so it’s normal for it to cool during use. If you’re still having trouble, our support team can help make sure everything’s working properly.

They have improved the Little Giant, but this was their first model. This model is hard to clean after using. It does a good job, but it is very annoying when you are trying to clean the Little Giant after use.

This is my second lil Green Machine. I use it primarily to clean dirt stains on large room rugs and it’s perfect.

The Green Mini is the companion to my CrossWave

I already own the Bissell CrossWave and got the Little Green Mini as a complement and it’s been great. I live in a small apartment with limited closet space, and this fits easily in a closet. It’s lightweight, easy to move around, simple to use, and super effective on the occasional accident from my pup or the dirt he tracks in. Only issue I have is keeping all the pieces wrapped up together.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cleans out the Memories You’d Like to Forget

Borrowed my brother & sister in law’s green machine to clean the urine stains out of my mattress I adore that was soiled from my exes drunken bed wetting. Paired with some stain remover & a little extra soap in there, that little guy had perfect results, good as new!

Even the cats are impressed

I am in love with this machine! Having 3 cats and a teenager has left my upholstered couch kinda dingy and smelly. With just one cleaning it smelled a lot fresher and I could visibly see how much dirt was being pulled out. I may go over it a second time (because 3 cats and a teenager) but once it’s clean clean, I think this little green machine will be great for occasional maintenance. It was super easy to use and store away.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super easy to use and very effective for smaller puppy accidents and spills. One in vacation house and one at home. Great buy!
