Works great on detailing vehicle interiors

This thing works great on the carpet & upholstery in my truck, car & SUV. I even clean the upholstery inside passenger railroad cars with it.

Not worth spending your money on

Emptied an entire tank full of solution onto sofa. Machine had no suction power. Didn't suck up any of the solution. Dirty water side had no liquid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My couch was GROSS. We were going to pay to get it professionally steamed but I figured why would we pay $100 to get it cleaned once when I could buy a steamer and get endless uses out of it? This thing exceeded my expectations! I thought if it made my couch look 75% better then it was worth it. It definitely looks 90% better and almost like a new couch. I bet if I went over it one more time it'd look 100% better. Let the pictures speak for themselves. Get this steamer.

Really pleased with my purchase, I was at first not to sure how it would perform. But after 1hr of using it on my car seats I was really happy how it turned out. It's a really easy process to set up and pretty light weight. I Really do recommend this unit

We bought this for cleaning a couple of couches, which didn't seem out of the ordinary. It seems to work well - a noticeable difference and an encouraging bucket of dirty water. It would have been great - and easier - if the instruction book had more to it, or if the Bissell site had tips-and-tricks, possibly from other users. A fair bit of trial and error on our end. The unit is robust and works well though - I would definitely recommend it.
