Completely worth the buy! Needed it to spot clean carpet and deep clean sofa. Works great! Only complaint is it took over two weeks to get here and customer service was no help when I called them.

The suction isn't very strong and leaves a lot of water behind. The brush head isn't very ergonomic and hard to push on the surface. The clear plastic part over the head traps dirt and is impossible to clean and with 2 uses, it's lifting up from the rest of the head. Pretty cheap design and I'm not happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is great I had just bought brand new couches to where I had my cat pee on my couch I was devastated and didn't know how to take it out I bought this shampooer and it works wonders It almost all out on the first used I highly recommend the shampooer It's great for the price

The carpeted area in my home is fairly small so it worked out great for me plus it also cleans upholstery. It is lightweight and easy to use and store. I was amazed by the amount of dirt extracted from my carpeting. Going to use it on the couch next.
