It is the best cleaning product I have purchased through Bissel, and we buy all our products through them. Our couch smelled better instantly and the dog bed looks brand new. A few days ago, the hose stopped sucking due to a crack in it and a ball of hair had clogged the hose. If I could, I would give no stars at all.

My couch was GROSS. We were going to pay to get it professionally steamed but I figured why would we pay $100 to get it cleaned once when I could buy a steamer and get endless uses out of it? This thing exceeded my expectations! I thought if it made my couch look 75% better then it was worth it. It definitely looks 90% better and almost like a new couch. I bet if I went over it one more time it'd look 100% better. Let the pictures speak for themselves. Get this steamer.

I have had this for about 3 weeks and so far I have used it to get blood from a nose bleed, a puppy accident, and quite a bit of spilled sunscreen out of my carpets. Easy to use, just wish the head came apart so it could be more thoroughly cleaned.

I've used this for about 12 years to spot clean my carpets and furniture and automobiles it cleaned amazing good until this year and it lost suction but for as many years that I've used it I sure got my use out of it I will definitely buy again and would recommend it to anyone the best Little Green Machine Ever.
