The results are great ... this little machine has already paid for itself. We have two Portuguese Water Dogs who are very at home on our furniture & it shows! This green machine is terrific!

So I went and got a puppy for companionship. My grandson Gavin named her, Lucy. I saw your carpet cleaner on TV and I was sold. Do not know what I did before with out it. Best piece of household equipment I ever had. I rate it a 10 +. If you need something like this get it.

A long overdue purchase for something to spot clean for a vomiting cat, on carpeted surfaces that includes stairs. I have used it only once so far and it worked very well, even on some stains that may have been over a week soaked in and dried. I followed all cleaning directions and the only thing I noticed was that some hair collected inside the dirty water collection tank, and I am not sure if there is a way I can pull all of that apart in order to clean the hair out of it. Likewise there is some matter collected in the nozzle which won't entirely rinse out.

I have taken this out quite a few times since buying I've made more use of it than I even thought I would. When you see the dirty water you realize that stuff really is yucky! Get it! It does the job!
