[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the carpet cleaner. It's user friendly and contact unlike the industrial cleaner that my dad used to own in the 90's. The only improvement I would like to see is to change the wheels to a 360 turning wheels so that the cleaner can follow around freely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to clean the cushions on my outdoor patio set. Did not remove any of the dirt marks. Plus there was only one cleaning nozzle included in the box. I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This machine cleans great. For dogs and 2 yr old granddaughters-- great! BUT IT STINKS!! I have soaked and washed it out and cleaned it AND IT STILL STINKS!!! You cannot clean it. It is still cleaning and does that great, but we are throwing it out because it SMELLS UP THE WHOLE HOUSE when it runs. Going to look for something else.

Thanks for your review. The best way to clean is to take a bowl of tap water, and suction the water back in the collection tank. You may have to do this a few times until clean water comes back.

A decent spot cleaning tool
