Perfect For Pet Accidents

I am not one that usually goes around writing product reviews or telling people how to clean their house (I am by no means an expert!) But I just wanted to put this here because I have a Bissell Little Green. I also have a dog and a cat who both occasionally get on their high horse and forget where to do their business. The cat also has issues with hair balls. This little baby, the Bissell Little Green does the job. Period. For pet potty accidents, I put a mixture of hydrogen peroxide, water, and vinegar in the soap chamber. Clean, clean, clean with the Bissell Green Little Green. Then I sprinkle baking soda and let sit for 15 minutes or so. Vacuum up. Odors and stains gone.

I don't have any complaints, however I use a a brush and drill to scrub and mainly use this for its water suction feature. This is very portable and does everything I need it to. If anything goes wrong, I will not hesitate to order another one!!

Everyone with a carpet should own one

Having 2 Chihuahuas that go everywhere, I didn't want to drag out the upright carpet shampooer just to clean a few inches of carpet. The little green machine is perfect in this capacity. It's very compact, stores easily, has very good capacity and does a great job spot cleaning the carpet. It also works very well on upholstery. Just don't expect miracles. It's meant for spot cleaning. For the big jobs, use a full sized unit. When used as intended, this little cleaner will prove to be invaluable.

Clean solution tank leaks badly

The part on the bottom of the clean solution tank leaks so bad I can't use that tank. I spray solution on the surface I want to clean and use the suction brush to clean the area. The suction power is amazing but it's such a leaky mess. I'm so sad that I gave one of these for a wedding gift and purchased one for myself. I hope they don't have the same issue that I have.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has A down fall

I bought this a couple months ago for my stairs. I have 3 young kids and they get pretty dirty. It worked very well. I also used it on my couch!! I recently ran into a problem however, and was warned by a friend hers did the same thing. It leaks underneath and leaves big dirty wet spots!! Not very happy about it anymore. :-(

Go Little Green!

I bought this Little Green machine about five years ago. I had a dog who had had a few "accidents" so I thought I'd try it - the price was great and it was small enough for me to manage. It worked like a charm. After I while I didn't use it and a friend asked to borrow it. I never got it back and I can't remember who borrowed it. Now, I had a dog that was having some serious accident because she was dying, unbeknownst to me. I went nuts looking for my little green to replace. I COUILDN'T FIND ONE!! luckily I decided to look on line and was I happy to find it -even cheaper than I thought. I thought it would be about $100 plus, not $79. I couldn't wait to attack my rug. I had Bissell Pet Stain cleaner. It looks as good as new. I love my Little Green machine - and won't loan it out again!
