I think his Bissell can do better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it's small and compact and portable. My biggest complaint is that it gives plenty of water but I would like to suck as much water out as I put down. I almost want to buy a wet dry shop vac just so I can extract more water. Seems kinda silly that they didn't make the extraction part more powerful.

What suction?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this cleaner to use on my staircase and couch upholstery. All I can say is what a waste of money, time and energy. The sprayer is great, but the no-suction return just creates an inconvenient, dirty, wet mess. I followed directions, did all the "troubleshooting" I could, but this cleaner simply does not deliver what it advertises. Don't bother unless your standards for cleaning are low.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
