I have a cat and a 6 month old, and the 6 month old had a blowout on our rug. It worked so well and got the yellow green runny poop up no problem. I will be a loyal customer for life!!!!!!!

Easy to use, light weight, easy to clean and cleans spots thoroughly.. I just want to remind you when you unscrew the water/solution cap you ensure the long thin plastic tube is connected to the cap.

Need a Tide plus oxi all- fabric stain to spray on before you use it. Good suction

It's ok, not what I expected. I expected the suction to be stronger and the hot water did not stay warm very long. I have an old one and I was expecting a vast improvement. It did not clean as well as I expected but it was ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They have improved the Little Giant, but this was their first model. This model is hard to clean after using. It does a good job, but it is very annoying when you are trying to clean the Little Giant after use.
