Bad horrible poorly made product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shampoo dispenser threaded nut WILL NOT screw on with air straw piece in the tank, always tries to cross thread and leak. Will screw on perfect without air straw piece in tank. Poorly made, cheap product. I tried for half an hour trying to get it to screw on right to no avail. I finally gave up. I got it as a gift at Christmas and this is my first time getting to use it and it's horrible. Now I'm stuck with a gift that I can't even use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works better then a regular shampooer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 2 dogs and a muddy backyard. They come in through the glass door, and before I can get to them, they cover the carpet in mud. I tried using a regular push shampooer, that helped, but still left dirt over. I bought this, and my carpet looks brand new. It's so easy to use, it works very quickly, and it's easy to store.
