I would never buy this product again

I bought this cleaner as a Boxing Day special in 2018. Already the hose has cracked and split open. I've had to duct tape it. I had a Bissell cleaner before this one and the exact same thing happened. Hoses split open and was not able to use it. For the money you spend, you would think that the hoses would be of better quality. I will NEVER buy a Bissell cleaner again if this keeps happening. Too bad since I had great expectations with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Faulty design - can not clean machine parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a pretty good job cleaning carpets, but you can't clean the cleaner! The brush inevitably gets dirt and grime in it (despite immediate rinsing following manufacturer instructions). The plastic piece should be removable for cleaning. Also, heaven forbid you don't clean the dirty water tank immediately. You can forget about ever getting that clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Little Machine

I purchased this little machine about a month ago to detail cars. Although it is not a commerical machine, it has been working wonders. Takes out most everything that needs removing from carpets or seats. I am very happy with my purchase. It cleans easily and easy to store. I do wish the hose was about 4" longer so I don't have to have the little green on the inside of trucks when cleaning seats. I did discover something about tannin stains I would like to share. Tannin stains such as coffee, tea, urine and vomit should not be scrubbed. This will spread the stain. Give it a good pretreatment and let sit. Use your formula in the machine and give it a good douse to make the area wet. Go in sections, a little at a time, and suck up the stain. If you rub it, it will spread. Go slowly.

This machine saved my rugs

I bought this product after adopting a second dog from a local rescue. I had borrowed one from my sister when my first rescue soiled carpet at my son’s house when visiting. I am so happy to be able to quickly and efficiently clean any accidents my newest rescue has until he is potty trained which is going well now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

They have improved the Little Giant, but this was their first model. This model is hard to clean after using. It does a good job, but it is very annoying when you are trying to clean the Little Giant after use.

ON EVERYTHING! I have had it for 25 years now and it just died! Well worth every penny!!! I will never Purchase anything other than a Bissell! No one can Believe that it has lasted that long

I have used this on my year old couches, they always seem cleaned but I guess having 5 pets took a toll. I will now be cleaning them once a month with this. My partner and I also have a mattress that was theirs before we were together. About 5 years ago they spilled a large blue sonic drink on the mattress and over time it became a large brown stain. After two times just going over the stain it was mostly gone. A couple more times and it was completely gone.
