[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it to clean the four month old carpet where the dog sleeps. The carpet has changed color where my 100pound dog lays. The water returned dirty but the carper really doesn't look different. I will do it again next week to see if it makes a difference. I wanted it to work so well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second Little Green Machine, I wore out my first one! For the money, this is perfect for small area stains. It's powerful and easy to use. I highly recommend this product! And Bissell is a "pet friendly" company which gives them a gold star in my book!

Pet accidents, home spills, car cleaning, every stain imaginable. It has been a life saver. The new one is lighter weight and the wand is easy to change and clean.

Have used it perhaps a dozen times at most. Left my machine on the patio one afternoon, to air dry the hose, and forgot to bring it in at night. It rained overnight. Brought it in and dried it off as soon as I discovered it. It was not in any standing water, and it was upright so that water could not enter the vents directly, but I was concerned. I phoned the recommended nearest repair shop, and was told that it was probably alright to use. Have not had to use it, since. Any suggestions? Because of mobility issues, I am unable to kneel or squat to clean floors, but using my Little Green while bending over at the waist works for me. I just have to do a little at a time. It would be helpful to have a rigid extender to place between the nozzle part and the hose.
