I have had this for 5 or more years, 3 small dogs and carpet...works great! The only thing I wish the collection tank was easier to clean. After these 5+ years I finally purchased a new collection tank and a back up one.

Of course it went all over my Chinese woolen rug. I grabbed the Little Green carpet cleaner and was shocked that the white flowers no longer had bright blue streaks running through it. Thanks! You saved my life.

The water returned dirty but the carper really doesn't look different. I will do it again next week to see if it makes a difference. I wanted it to work so well.

This is my second Little Green Machine, I wore out my first one! For the money, this is perfect for small area stains. It's powerful and easy to use. I highly recommend this product! And Bissell is a "pet friendly" company which gives them a gold star in my book!
