[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my kitty had a few accidents on my couch. i sprayed normal grocery store stuff on the stain, but nothing really got rid of the smell. i broke down and bought this (along with a thing of Pet Stain & Odor Portable Machine Formula).... it would be a little cheaper than hiring a professional to clean my couch. i'll be honest, i didn't have high hopes. oh boy am i happy bissell proved me wrong! the leak my kitty had was over a week old, and this thing cleaned my couch like new!!! the smell (thanks to the add in formula) was REALLY nice!!! even after a few days, i did a sniff test to make sure it wasn't just perfumes masking the pee. it wasn't! the pee was gone from my microfiber couch! i've since used it on the carpet with great results! i am so happy i bought t his. btw, there's something super cathartic about watching the dirty water getting sucked up!

I bought brand new microfiber couches from a higher end store right at the end of 2013. I then decided to have another child and after that add a puppy to the mix. So two kids and two and a half years later my couches look like they are ten years old. The shihtzu is a rescue dog who smelled Awful when we first got him so my couches reak. I just did my entire loveseat and it looks like it did the day it was delivered. Also it's oddly satisfying to see all of that dirt come up through the suction hose. I can't wait to do my large sofa (I'm a neat freak and this is my excitement what can I say?) I would highly recommend, I bought the booster cleaber as well.
