[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprisingly pleased with this little machine. First of all, it's easy to pick up and move from place to place, including on stairs. Second, I thought I did a very good job on deep stains that had been in the carpet from my cats for quite some time. Fortunately, now that I have the machine, I can get the stains immediately. I t can be a little laborious going over the carpet very, very slowly after the carpet has been sprayed, but it's well worth the effort. I am glad I purchased this.

I do recommend purchasing the other "heads" such as the triangle (good for stairs and other corners) and 6" (to cover more ground than the 3" it comes with). Even if it only lasts for a few cleanings, it already paid for itself!
