The cord could be a little longer and when you put the water/shampoo container in you have to be fast bc it does leak a little water out. Otherwise I like it a lot and am happy with my purchase. #sweepstakes

directions don't show full assembly

Machine is a nice size, but I've never used it since the assembly directions are incomplete. I'm using the 1400-7 Little Green machine and I'm dissapointed that the engineering (or marketing?) department did not include instructions showing where the black rubber piece fits in the dirty water collection tank. I'm very irritated because I want to use this but I don't want it to leak....would you please post a better diagram of where all the parts fit together? I can't tell which way to insert the rubber piece. thanks.

The tall "duck bill" side of the gasket should be inserted into the opening on the outer, rounded side of the tank. The short side of the gasket should be open to the flat side of the tank.
When inserted properly the gasket should be flush with the bottom of the tank with the tall "duck bill" side going into the larger area of the tank. We redesigned the gasket with a notch in it to clearly fit on the tank because of the issue you are having with reinserting it.

We have dogs. Those kind of dogs. The Little Green is 100 times easier than pulling out the full-sized Bissell every time there's a spot on the carpet. My roommate is the one who uses it, and just said this week (again), "I love that spot cleaner."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 Olde English Bull dog puppies and that's probably all I have to say regarding the messes I deal with on a daily basis! I clean their room EVERY... SINGLE...DAY, and I break out my Bissell frequently. It's easy to use & put away. Hauling out a larger shampooer would probably keep me from cleaning as much, therefore my house smells much better from this small purchase. I selected all the positive attributes except deep cleaning. To me that's what the big machines are designed to do.
