This is working great for us so far. We did a good cleaning on our couch that's been in the family.for over 50 years. This have it a first over professional cleaning in my book. It will need a one more over though because of the dirtiness lol. This has also helped with cleaning up dog messes as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have cats that do what cats do, which is eat too fast and barf, or get hairballs and barf. I have done spot cleaning and while can remove most stains, it is a pain to do. And after awhile, looking at the carpet in the bedroom, time to tackle it decently. I heard that this was supposed to be good, and easy to use, and got it. Not sure if the water needs to be heated to 140 F, since it will quickly cool down, but I warmed the water. Using the Bissell Spot and Stain solution, I got ready. I moved everything I could out of the room, vacuumed, then mapped out my strategy, as there were many, many spots to treat. I could never have expected how quickly and well it worked. Almost effortless. And the stains were gone. And in an section where there was a larger area that had darkened, it got measurably improved. It wasn't a stain per se, just looked dirty for unknown reasons. I even did a microfiber chair with the Little Green. There is one thing I didn't expect. You have the tank filled with hot water, you screw on the black cap, and when you invert it, water squirts out the vent hole. Putting you finger over the hole stops it, but the water is hot that wants to come out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this. I have 2 large dogs - one is getting on in years & the other is anxious so accidents happen. I bought the LGPC cleaner to help clean the messes & I am so happy I did. It's light & easy to carry, simple to use & IT WORKS! You can literally see the dirt coming out of your carpet/upholstery (ew!) and it dries almost right away so there's no need to steer clear of the wet spots. I love it so much I've been checking out Bissell vacuums because I'm sure they're much better than the one I have.

We have been using one version or another since they 1st came out. 3 cats kept them busy. Every one of them suffers from the same problem; see review below. "Love Hate Relationship with Little Green August 14, 2013 I want to say I love the way the Little Green cleans our pet messes. I also want to add there should be a way that you could take the 3" scrubber attachment apart to clean as well at the dirty water tank.(that is the part I hate) REALLY? You expect people to use dirty smelly attachments and tanks? Please help with a solution to this problem." I wouldn't be without one of these machines even if I didn't have pets. The advanced features on the higher priced models do not enhance their performance. They all soak, brush, and suck. That is their job.

Thank you for your review. To clean the tools and upholstery hose; just take a bowl of tap water and suction the water back into the tank to push the debris through. It's fine to soak the tanks in hot water and a bit of BISSELL formula.

I never had a problem with it has always got up every stain I tackled with it.I can't think of anything bad to say with this product as it's always been perfect every time.
