Leaks dirty water from bottom

We've had this six months, it leaks dirty water out of the bottom ! Keep blaming the dog for accidents cause by poor design!

Little Green Mean Machine

We've had ours for about 3 years and it's done a great job. I'm here to purchase a new non-motorized cleaning wand (we broke ours) and a new collection tank. My only grumble is cleaning the collection tank. Some things just won't rinse out of it so dirt collects. For me, no matter what I use or how much I rinse the tank I can't get it clean. That's why I'm buying a new one. The old one is just gross and why chance the germs. In hind sight I recommend EVERYONE to RINSE OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE very well. I am so happy however that the replacement part prices are really reasonable! Often it costs more to buy parts than to buy a new on. Thanks for not being that way!

Horrible to clean out any part, especially the head.

This machine is hard to clean out, especially the head. You can't take the head apart, and there is no way to slide anything into it to pull hair or dirt out. The inside bottom of the machine where the tanks rest is hard to clean also, due to all the little crevasses in the bottom,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Christine - we're happy to help you with this! First, disconnect the cleaning tool from the spray trigger by pushing down on button lock and pulling straight off (DO NOT twist tools to remove them). Once removed from the spray trigger, all tools can be cleaned by rinsing under clean running water. To flush the tools and hose before storage, suction up a bowl or full sink of clean water to ensure all debris are removed. Then empty the dirty water. If you still have trouble, please call us anytime at 1-800-237-7691.
