[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so excited to have my own little green for years I would barrow my brothers to clean my carpets and furniture. Perfect portable machine to store as well as use and care for. Great for apartment as well as home. I can't wait to use this to clean my car floors I'll be interested in how she does, but think it would have no issues. I like the new hose cleaning attachment which is a good upgrade. Thumbs up!

Great machine, but nozzle needs a redesign

This is a small powerful machine and does a great job cleaning spots, but after a few cleanings the nozzle collects dirt and debris and there is no way to clean out. Looks nasty. Apparently this same issue has been mentioned in other reviews of this product. Bissell please offer a replacement nozzle that can be taken apart and cleaned. Doesn't make sense to offer a cleaning tool to help clean, but can't be cleaned after it is used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is the second one I have purchased over the last 27 years and I love it the one I just bought was a gift for my son and his new puppy he got along with is new home that has a lot of carpet and since mine is still working after all these years I knew what a great product it was and how easy it is to use on stains in your carpets and it also works great for carpeting on your stairs besides the fact that the machine will last forever. I have all Bissell products for cleaning and vacuuming in my home and one is as good as the rest and they will stand behind their products and my favorite thing of all is how their products are geared towards pets and the machine gets the stains out every time Thanks Bissell!!!

I have had my Green Machine for over 15 years. It's been through a lot of kids messes, 3 dogs, 2 cats, birds and regular household messes. I love it! It works just as good today as it did the first time. It may have a slow drip leak here and there, so it may be time for retirement soon. I really like the idea of having the heat feature on the newer machines. This machine is what convinced me to buy the full size upright carpet cleaner from Bissell - again another fantastic product! My only suggestion would be to have some sort of extender on the hose for people with mobility issues.
