It was so fun and so easy to use. The only issues are that i have to change the water more often than I'd love (four times to clean a three seater couch) , but that is not bad at all for a convenient size. This is my favorite purchase in a long time! I recommend it to all my loved ones who love to clean. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have cats (one "helping" me type this review). And thus I have cat messes on occasion. The Little Green quickly cleans those messes on my off-white berber carpeting. My first Little Green stopped working when I used the wrong cleaner in it - totally my fault. So I purchased a second one. After 6.5 years, the grounding plug came loose (kinda surprised about that, actually). I called Customer Service to inquire if I could still use the machine (I already knew I shouldn't, but hoped that they might offer a solution/remedy). Was told that I could take it to a local service center to have it looked at, and they provided the business name, phone, etc. Well, the machine was already 6.5 years old, and having one cat with a sensitive stomach, I decided it was time for a new machine. Would I purchase a fourth one? You bet, as I have cats . . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bissell Little Green carpet cleaner! My first one lasted 18 years and is still going strong except for the internal seals are leaking. Too bad they do not sell these seals or I'd probably get several more years out of it. I debated on whether to replace it with another Bissell or a Rug Doctor brand and I figured since my first one lasted so long I should stay with what I know works! So I just bought my second Bisell Green Machine and it works just as good as the first one. It's great for cleaning up small spills from grandkids and hairballs from cats and every little mess in between. If you have pets I especially would recommend this!
