The machine is loud, could benefit from an extendable hose, it doesnt suction up the formula/water too well Note: First use right out of the box. Used on fabric sofa. The latch was down on the dirty water resevoir. When you fill the clean water tank with hot water, mine started rushing out of the valve (maybe water was too hot from the tap, not sure?) I filled to the lines as directed on the jug. Other then that i did see results so it does do a relatively ok job.

Taking the BIG Upright back and getting this one

I just bought the Proheat Pet upright and assembled it. After just looking it at for a few days decided it was too big for what I really need it for. All of the reviews are very helpful, so I am taking the upright model back and getting the LGM. Just wish the LGM could use the turbo brush that is available for the upright models.

It was so fun and so easy to use. The only issues are that i have to change the water more often than I'd love (four times to clean a three seater couch) , but that is not bad at all for a convenient size. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have cats (one "helping" me type this review). And thus I have cat messes on occasion. The Little Green quickly cleans those messes on my off-white berber carpeting. My first Little Green stopped working when I used the wrong cleaner in it - totally my fault. So I purchased a second one. After 6.5 years, the grounding plug came loose (kinda surprised about that, actually). I called Customer Service to inquire if I could still use the machine (I already knew I shouldn't, but hoped that they might offer a solution/remedy). Was told that I could take it to a local service center to have it looked at, and they provided the business name, phone, etc. Well, the machine was already 6.5 years old, and having one cat with a sensitive stomach, I decided it was time for a new machine. Would I purchase a fourth one? You bet, as I have cats . . .
