Great bang for your buck!!

I've detailed over 900 vehicles with this little machine, granted I prep the carpets and seats but the extraction process is the same. This little sucker does the trick, replacement parts are super cheap. The only part I've had to replace is the head, and hose (user error) I got my profit on investment within two days!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first carpet cleaner of any type I have purchased, and I am happy and impressed with the results. The instructions were somewhat unclear, and I initially filled the wrong tank with detergent and water, turned on the device and got no spraying action. Once I transferred the solution to the other side, it worked great, esp. on upholstery. Be sure to vacuum furniture and rugs thoroughly before using the device, because pet hair will clog the nozzle quickly. If your carpet is too damp after cleaning, you can put a bath towel over the wet area and step on the towel to remove more moisture. Although the instructions say you can store the machine with leftover solution remaining in the tank, I won't do this because of rare use. I used the Hydrorinse tool to flush dirt and globs of hair and carpet fibers out of the hose so it is clean before storage. I used kitchen tap water full force to flush debris out of the nozzle and to rinse both tanks at the end. I will leave all the parts out overnight so I can pack the clean device after all parts are dry. The upholstery and rug look like new and smell fresh, and make me glad I didn't use a cleaning service to do this.

When you have pets, children, and guests, you'll have accidents! The Little Green Portable Carpet Cleaner is a great tool for recovering from the spills and other "accidents" that can ruin carpets and rugs. It's lightweight and maneuverable, and with the Bissell cleaning compounds does a superb job. The cleaner uses hot water and solution, and the "dirty water" is easy to handle and discard. The suction is strong, and the hose has a very adequate extension. All in all, you can get a big clean from a relatively small cleaning machine!

My first Bissell Green gave out after using it for more than 10 years. Actually, the motor still works but the hose came apart. The unit is so inexpensive I decided to get a new one rather than replace the hose. The Bissell Green works great for one room. a small apartment, spot cleaning, or upholstery. There are only two small drawbacks. First, you must be able to bend over while working. Second, rinsing the components afterward is messy. But you will be amazed at how much this small machine picks up.

I say shampoo needs to be stronger because I had to go over an area multiple times before stain was faded. I had to use Resolve carpet cleaner to make it completely disappear. For the price of the shampoo I would expect to go over stain 2 times max.
