I would buy this product again.

I have used Bissell products for years because they are sturdy, last almost forever and do a good job. I owned a small professional cleaning services company, specializing in high end homes and small businesses, and used Bissell product for it. The only thing not good about the Little Green is that the head gets full of debris and is not easy to clean - it gets clogged. It would not be hard to engineer the cover to snap off for cleaning.

It got out a few stains that were at least 1 year old and I really didn't think would come out but they did and the carpet looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a must for those with pets like mine that sometimes miss the litter box. It is always ready to go and does a good job. I'm on my third one. They have lasted for years but eventually sprayer ceases to work. I took apart an old one and it appears that the heater got clogged up. The new one doesn't have a heater, so there's a chance it will last longer. As it was, they lasted years.

Beyond My Wildest Dreams!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product after one of my dogs became epileptic. Their first massive seizure led to a lot of incontinence and messy eating. The vet recommended a cushion for her to lay on, and all we had was our giant bean bag, so that's where she healed and we nursed her back to health. Our trials and tribulations with her sickness is stained all over the inner lining of the bean bag. I thought I would never get the smell out, but this Little Green Machine gave me a new hope! The white part is the original color, while the darker stains are, well, doggy business. This product is such a life saver! I'm not embarrassed to have guests over anymore, thanks to Bissell's Little Green Machine!
