Spray pattern too wide

I bought this for my car. The spray is too wide. There should be some way to adjust this so you can spray only the surface you are cleaning.

Versatile Cleaner

I love this thing. Car, couches, accidents in my toddlers bed. GREAT appliance. One recent problem. It seems to be leaking from the Solution Tank side, all over my floor. Any idea what happened? Is there a washer for that tank I am very confused.

Kel, thanks for your great review. To answer your question, there is a black or red rubber gasket that should be attached to the bottom of the solution tank. If this gasket is lost or lodged in the base of the unit, it will leak. If you need a new one you can order it at this link: http://www.bissell.com/parts/?sc=part&productid=2854&partid=4431&icid=ccrr

We have 2 cats and we got new carpet a couple of years ago. Our cats love to cough up hairballs on a regular basis on our carpet and we have been using spray-bottle type cleaners to remove the stains. However, these sometimes leave a little stain behind. My wife went and bought this Little Green Machine and it is absolutely remarkable in cleaning up these spots. Our carpet thanks you!

Love my little green

I love my little green! I have yet to have a stain in the last 4 yers that it hasn't taken care of, and with two cats that's saying a lot. It even took dark drow furniture stain out of my carpet. It is amazing! However, I am having a problem with cleaning the dirty water tank and now it is begining to smell. I have filled it with hot soapy water and left it to soak, but that doesn't get a lot of the residue that is left behind. Is there a way to take the bottome of the compartment off, so that I could better access the grim?

Thanks for the great review and sorry you are getting a bad smell in the unit. We recommend suctioning up clean warm water through the hose after using and emptying the tank immediately. the carpet in frount of my mothers chair gets real dirty , about a 2 ft. by 1 ft. spot. I worked for an hour and half on this spot, cant even tell it was touched. Did not clean well

I have two of these machines and after a few months they BOTH have had problems with the sprayers not working. I've taken of the top part of the sprayers and flushed with hot water but only slightly works then just dribbles .....what should I do?

Great little cleaner

Absolutely love this product, great for small drops and spills, pet accidents. Small, strong and portable! My only real issue is that I can't get the collection tank clean and it's emitting a strong odor.

Leaves my furniture soaking wet! Now I'm out $100 and have nasty wet couches. Can't return it because it has been used. Worthless.

Sorry about you experience with the Little Green. One should only apply the amount of cleaning solution needed as oversaturating anything (whether upholstery or carpet) can lead to this problem.
