I love the Green Machine but!!!1

I love the green machine but it all of a sudden stop spraying the water through the hose when I push the button. How can I fix this problem or should I get a new one ?

Great machine, perfect match to the BigGreen

Great machine for those in-between messes that require a carpet cleaner. This is actually my second unit - the first went 7 years before quitting. I was excited to find the newest model hadn't changed from my old machine and was able to keep the attachments/tanks as spare. I do agree that it is hard to clean out scuzzy water from the collection tank, but better in the tank then on the floor:).

My Love Hate Relationship with All varieties of the machine.

We have been using one version or another since they 1st came out. 3 cats kept them busy. Every one of them suffers from the same problem; see review below. "Love Hate Relationship with Little Green August 14, 2013 I want to say I love the way the Little Green cleans our pet messes. I also want to add there should be a way that you could take the 3" scrubber attachment apart to clean as well at the dirty water tank.(that is the part I hate) REALLY? You expect people to use dirty smelly attachments and tanks? Please help with a solution to this problem." I wouldn't be without one of these machines even if I didn't have pets. The advanced features on the higher priced models do not enhance their performance. They all soak, brush, and suck. That is their job.

Thank you for your review. To clean the tools and upholstery hose; just take a bowl of tap water and suction the water back into the tank to push the debris through. It's fine to soak the tanks in hot water and a bit of BISSELL formula.

I want to say I love the way the Little Green cleans our pet messes. Thank you for your review. To clean the tools and upholstery hose the best way is to take a bowl of tap water. Suction the water back up to push the dirt through. You may have to do this a few times until clean water comes back in the tank. For the collection tank; we recommend soaking with hot tap water, and a little of the BISSELL formula to loosen the dirt.

I like the Green Machine

For me the Green Machine is good. True it's a little hard to hand clean but it's perfect for me. Have used about 3times now at about 2 hrs. each time and it's better than trying to use a rag and cleaner as I have a pet.

little green smells

I have had this product for about a year to clean up our furry friends accidents, it work wonderfully but has started to smell, when i turn it on to use it, and even after cleaning i as they suggest with a bowl of tap water the smell does not go way. I am also disapointed that the plastic is heat molded together so you can't even open the dirty discharge tank to clean it, I may have to throw this product away and go in search of a similar product made by a different company

suction is very weak

Little Green Machine

This machine cleans great. For dogs and 2 yr old granddaughters-- great! BUT IT STINKS!! I have soaked and washed it out and cleaned it AND IT STILL STINKS!!! You cannot clean it. It is still cleaning and does that great, but we are throwing it out because it SMELLS UP THE WHOLE HOUSE when it runs. Going to look for something else.
