Love my little green machine~~~

I have pets and sometimes they have "accidents" and my little green machine quickly gets the job done. My only complaint is - I wish it had a handle to move it around because I have bad knees and it is hard to get down to clean my rugs. Years ago I had a Bissell with a handle and it was easy to work with (not heavy like my Pro bissell). However it broke after years of cleaning so instead of getting it repaired I upgraded - BIG MISTAKE). My Proheat stays in the shop more than at my house.

A slight problem

I've had my little green machine for a couple years now and have loved it! But now it leaks when I leave the clean water in it. Not sure what to do except replace.

Love and loyalty

I love my little green machine and the Bissell company is very loyal when I had a problem with my green machine they were so helpful. I believe I had one of the original green machines I love them. I have noticed some of the reviews the people that say the odor from the machine is bad but all you have to do is after you use the machine clean out the dirty water tank and when you store your machine leave the little plug on top of the machine open no more smell

We didn't know how much we needed this!

We really had no idea just how much we needed this crazy cleaning machine but once we saw how much grime came out of a carpet we thought was clean we were shocked. We moved onto the dining room chairs and in no time they looked and smelled wonderful. Then we braced for the big project. A couch and love seat we have had for 7 years. We vacuumed, spot cleaned and occasionally sprayed some fabreeze on them but that was all we could do until now. OMG! This machine is an investment in your furniture!

I love this machine! I only wish I knew about a long time ago. My cat has issues eating to fast and her food comes back up. Well with changing her food to no grain this happens a lot less, but when she cant help it, my green machine is to the rescue. OMG this is the best household product I ever bought! Thank you Bissell! I would even be a spokesperson for the product that's how much I love it!

Stinky machine!

The machine worked great on spots, but the stench it puts into the air is horrendous. The machine is built poorly as I can't fully disassemble to clean, but we do clean it as thoroughly as possible when used. I wish I had never bought us as this problem has been ongoing since the very first use.

Thanks for your review. It's good to hear the machine works good on your spots. We can help with the odor with your machine. The best way to clean is to take a bowl of water with a drop of BISSELL Spot & Clean compact formula. Then suction the water back up into the collection tank to clean out the hose and tool. You may have to do this a few times before clean water comes back.

Excellent Machine That Has Lasted Years!

My mom purchased the Little Green quite a few years ago and it continues to work just as great as it did the first day she purchased it! I love the compact size, the way the cord can be wrapped and secured, and the ease of emptying the waste container. It is definitely a worthwhile investment for spot cleaning since it is portable, light-weight, but extremely effective! We used it for our senior dog who had quite a few accidents in the house in his later years and it was perfect because we could bring it out quickly, right away and it thoroughly cleaned the mess. I promise you will love this machine!

Cannot clean lint, carpet debris from suction head

Until the suction head broke off the hose at the trigger end of the hose, my only complaint was that the suction head would clog with debris (dog hair, fuzz from the carpet, etc.). You can see all the debris thru the clear cover of the suction head, but there is no way to open it for cleaning. The debris blocks the flow and severely restricts its effectiveness in suctioning up the moisture from the carpet. Not a great feature.
