No problems with the machine, so far.

Have used it perhaps a dozen times at most. Left my machine on the patio one afternoon, to air dry the hose, and forgot to bring it in at night. It rained overnight. Brought it in and dried it off as soon as I discovered it. It was not in any standing water, and it was upright so that water could not enter the vents directly, but I was concerned. I phoned the recommended nearest repair shop, and was told that it was probably alright to use. Have not had to use it, since. Any suggestions? Because of mobility issues, I am unable to kneel or squat to clean floors, but using my Little Green while bending over at the waist works for me. I just have to do a little at a time. It would be helpful to have a rigid extender to place between the nozzle part and the hose.

Excellent Little Carpet Cleaner

I used my new Bissell carpet cleaner yesterday and I couldn't be happier! This is a wonderful, portable, easy to use, product. I also purchased the Bissell Professional carpet cleaner with it, and I got excellent results. I had dirty high traffic areas; going into rooms, in front of my closet, bed, and other dirty places. This little thing did a fantastic job of cleaning. The water was filthy, and I was so delighted to see the carpet once I cleaned it. I highly recommend this portable carpet cleaner to anyone who wants to do a great job of cleaning dirty carpets. I plan to do ALL of my high traffic areas. Tip: To see what you are doing, surround your intended cleaning area with painter's tape, or anything that will stay put while you clean. Then you know exactly where you are cleaning.

I bought this little cleaner about 2 years ago and have given it quite a workout: pet stains, spilt chocolate milk, etc. It has performed well and beats hauling out a carpet cleaner.

My Little Green Portable carpet cleaner is such a super little machine! It works beautifully, carpet always comes out so clean and stain free! This unit is very easy to use, and now that I know how well this works I don't want to be without one, for the smaller messes. I also have a larger, upright Bissell, and it is so awesome for when I clean all my carpeting. Bissell really does make a quality product!

Portable and easy to use

I love this machine! I've always just used the heavy duty carpet cleaners and then the attachment for furniture and smaller areas and this makes it so much easier to be able to carry around. I have a 5 year old and pets and it is nice to just grab it quick and clean up spills in a matter of seconds. I also use this on my car and was shocked at how much dirt it sucked out of the seats! It's also easy to use.

Simple and Reliable

This is my 4th Little Green in ten years. It gets used almost every other day to clean up the carpet after the cats grace us with a hairball or other "accident". This unit replaces a SpotClean Auto Portable, which self destructed after less than a year. Very happy to get back to the larger capacity soap tank again, and the simpler design (at a lower price point too!). Hopefully this one will last longer than its predecessor.

We've had our Bissell for about 3 years now, and I've never understood why I had to turn the sprayer over and use the other side upside down to suck up the extra moisture. After finally deciding to look online at the specs, low and behold, I'm missing the plastic attachment over the suction area!!!! Life could have been so much easier, couches cleaned in record time, dogs back to slumbering and slobbering upon them in hours not days!!! Just think of all the game shows I missed, all the facebook hours I have to make up, all the texting I am behind all because I didn't bother to read or look at the manual before cleaning.... and for shame, I am a woman. I hang my head. By the way, other than this, I loved using the unit. Scrubbing with the brush and using the unit to the best of it's limited ability really was great. SO I ask you, can I buy this part I need , or will I need to purchase the entire sprayer/extractor? Thank you o'wise and great ones!!!
