I bought my little green machine yesterday, used it today & am very pleased! I have two boys & a dog in my house so my carpets aren't the greatest. The Bissell took out all the stains & left my carpet looking 100% better!! I followed the instructions & used 4 oz of cleaner but would say if you aren't planning on cleaning your entire carpet to use less cleaner & water. Excellent product, very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, since receiving my Little Green Portable Carpet Cleaner, I've been busy! It cleaned my stained, oversized ottoman. We've had that ottoman since before My grandson was born; it's a family favorite. Car seat stains from transporting grand babies and teenage grandson were especially bad in the passenger and back seats of our two cars. Some stains were bad enough to need a second treatment but that's ok! Those stains are now completely gone and we've saved hundreds over having the car carpets and seats professionally cleaned. Not to mention the price of having our beloved ottoman recovered. Thank you Bissell fir making such an awesome, reliable, and user friendly product. In addition, your customer service rocks. The tank cap on my new Bissell leaked. I called customer service and within 4 days not only did I receive a new cap assembly, but a full size bottle of Bissell carpet spot cleaner. Thank you!
