[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to get pet stains where my floor cleaner couldn't be used. Poor design on the connection of head. Leaking at disconnect button. But finger over to get suction. While using and holding finger over the release button, constantly hitting the spray. Doesn't get all the cleaner up. Whole design sucks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best way to remove stains in carpet, fabric & clean lawn furniture mats. Just use cool water when cleaning to start, should you need a spot treatment you can use soaps on stains to help get them out. Always clean treat areas with just cool water after any soaps are used to remove additional or left over residue.

This is my second machine & neither one worked right. The first one leaked & the second one just trickles water out of the hose.

Leaks all over the floor

Worked well for less than a month before it started leaking. Now it leaks dirty brown water all over my carpet whenever I try to use it. Would not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans like a champion but, and to me this is a serious but, the dirty water tank does not come apart to clean and it can get pretty foul, and the upholstery tool doesn't come apart for cleaning either and it gets crudded up in very short order. Other small cleaners made by bissell don't have this design problem; there's no reason the little green machine should. This is the second one of these I have had, I wore out the first one, but bissell needs to make some design changes to this to bring it up to par with their other machines.
