Cleaning up messes of toddler and cats the easy way!

I received this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I really enjoy using this product. So far I've used it on spot cleaning with the hose attachment and it works well! When applying the soapy water, it has a wide width it covers. To close spraying the spot it doesn't cover much, and to far it sprays on to much, such as a kitchen table chair it sprays on the ground. Still working on perfecting that. I wish the wand attachment was a bit wider so you wouldn't have to go over it so many times. I also wish the bristles were a bit longer as well, as you're scrubbing it's also sucking up the water so I don't feel like I can scrub as hard. Overall I love the shampooer and works great for cleaning up toddler and cat messes. Let's be real, no parent has time to stop and fully clean up messes, but with this handy tool I now can!

I was sent this product from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have a 3 year old and 3 cats so messes range from big to small and happen every day. This machine was amazing for all messes we used it for. To start, this carpet cleaner is much lighter than I expected it to be which makes it easier to maneuver. Also, the clean water tank being separate from the dirty water tank was a huge plus. It was easy to clean and took only a few minutes after doing our carpets. We used it to clean a full carpet first. This carpet had seen everything from spilled juice to cat stains. Everything came up after a few passes. What is even better was how much water it would suck up during dry passes. I've had carpets need days to dry, this only needed a few hours. The attachments are easy to attach and also to clean. We were able to use it on our couch woth no issues of attachments falling off or getting tangled. I love that it came with a storage bag for the attachments since the attachments aren't attached permanently to the machine. The only con I can see with this carpet cleaner is the sound. It is rather loud if you compare to a vacuum cleaner, however, the sound is something you can get past when it comes to it's great cleaning power.

Thanks to the Stellar product testing panel for the chance to try the TurboClean Pet Carpet cleaner! First impression is wow! My household has three large dogs, two cats, and two young kids so things get dirty quickly especially furniture and rugs. Right out of the box I was impressed with how easy it was to assemble as well as its relatively compact size. The design of the cleaner just makes sense. The holding tank stays stationary over the unit so dirty water isn't sloshing around while using. The wand function was a lifesaver for using on upholstery- and also a cinch to clean when done. No extra tools needed to clean the cleaner when done. Total time saver. I was eager to test the wand on some stains on the foot of my sofa. To my surprise, the stains lifted within minutes. The suction on the wand was great and once done only left a mild dampness that maybe took an hour to dry. I then tested its ability on my living room rug. Remarkable how much dirt this machine pulled out of the rug. The only point I must note- this machine is LOUD. However, it has incredible suction and cleaning power. I will take that trade. Overall, this carpet cleaner would be a great tool for anyone with pets and carpets. It makes cleaning easy. Easy to prep, easy to use, and easy to clean up. It's not super bulky and weighs no more than your standard vacuum.

Small but powerful

With a 60 pound lab mix and a 5 month old baby, I have a fair share of mess so keeping any fabric clean is a struggle. Since I don't have a lot of storage space, this carpet cleaner was appealing as it was both an upright carpet cleaner and had the ability to be an upholstery cleaner with the included attachments! I loved it as an upright cleaner. I have an area rug in my son's nursery that had a stain above an orange "v" in the design. I used the carpet cleaner on that stain and it's barely noticeable now! It pulled up stains from lotions that had spilled, spit up, and even dirt that my dog had tracked in! I was stunned at how much dirt it pulled up from the rug even from other areas that I thought were clean. Also it's easy to maneuver and it's not bulky at all! I would caution that the smell of the cleaning formula can be pretty strong so you might want to leave some extra time for the room to air out a bit. Thankfully my dog didn't seem to be bothered by the smell! I was also very excited to use the self cleanout tool attachment with the seven foot hose. The long hose meant that I wasn't constantly tugging the cleaner behind me! I tackled a couch that my dog has claimed as her own that's always covered in dirt that she tracks in. While the cleanout tool was able to get a lot of dirt out of the couch I was cleaning, I found I had to apply a lot of pressure to get really good suction. Additionally, one slightly annoying quirk I found is that after using the self clean option I would switch the nozzle of the tool back to spray and there was leftover water that would run down the handle. On carpet and area rugs the upright carpet cleaner is awesome. While I did have some issues with the self cleanout tool, it and the crevice tool are definitely effective. Dumping the dirty water out of the tank each time is deeply satisfying and is proof of just how strong this cleaner is. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner!

I received this product as part of a Stellar Product Testing Panel, but I would have gladly spent the money to purchase it myself after having used it. I have two cats and a toddler so there are ALWAYS new messes in my house. Putting together the TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner was very easy, I didn't even look at the directions to do it! I've used it on my large area rugs and on my couch and chairs using the upholstery attachment. Let's just say it was a bit impressive and embarrassing how much cleaner my things are, especially the couch. I do find the number of parts you have to deal with to be a bit much, but the design makes it easy to get everything off and back on so it's not nearly as bad as it could be. Overall, I've been extremely happy with this carpet cleaner.

Compact and efficient cleaner

I received this TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner from the Stellar Product Test Panel and it came in at a great time- my daughter had an accident on my carpeted steps the same day! I grabbed the handheld attachment and it handled my textured carpet on the stairs very easily! I'm so excited that I now can get rid of my old green machine and have the carpet cleaner and the handheld cleaner in one machine;I've never seen the combo before! Also worth noting, the size of this cleaner is much smaller than others I've seen-making it great for those of us with small houses and storage places! That said- I did have to refill the water tank several times for my living room rug but it's worth the trade off for the less bulky machine! I found it very intuitive to put together and use, and the suction was strong, leaving my carpet not soaking wet which was important to me. My favorite thing though has to be that it includes the handheld attachment, I see myself using it often for furniture, stairs,& my car even!

Improved Design!

In a home with a dog (who sometimes doesn't do what she's supposed to do) and three young kids, I've put carpet cleaner vacuums through the wringer. The Turbo Clean is definitely an improvement over the upright I have been using, especially because of the versatility of the wand attachment. I started by using the upright on the 3x5 carpet in our front entrance. This is the carpet that gets the most dirt pounded into it. The Turbo Clean did an okay job on the carpet, and to be fair this was a tough job. I then went over some of the worst spots with the detail attachment. It was the detail attachment that really was an improvement over the Hoover wet-vac that I already have. While there is no spinning brush on the wand attachment, I found it helpful to really soak and scrub the worst spots and I can see how with pet mistakes, this would be very helpful. My recommendation would be to first spot treat and then use the upright to go over the whole thing. Oh and the cleanup was soooo much better! Overall it's an improvement over other carpet cleaning vacuums but not quite pro-level for the clean. I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

With 3 kids and 2 dogs, it's hard to keep our house as clean as I prefer. Upon unboxing, this carpet cleaner was pretty simple and intuitive to set up. The directions were easy to follow and I was able to get started right away. The carpet cleaner is easy to maneuver and I was initially impressed with its cleaning power. We are a no shoes household and it's only been a few months since I've cleaned our carpet so I couldn't believe what the dirty water tank emptied. The included tools were great for upholstery to clean any food or drink spills, although being that this product is advertised as a the turbo clean pet, I feel the rubberized attachment for removing pet hair should be included. The exclusion of the rubberized pet hair tool and the fact that there is no self cleaning cycle for the machine itself are the reasons for my 4 star rating. Overall, I think this is an effective cleaning tool for a fair price point. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner.
