Handy and lightweight

I received the Bissell TurboClean Pet upright carpet cleaner for free as part of a Stellar Product Testing Panel. The assembly of the unit was simple and straight forward, and the box it came in was fairly small for an upright vacuum. I was pleasantly surprised at how lightweight it was while still feeling sturdy. There is a large accessory bag to hold the attachments and the hose, but I wish there was integrated storage on the vacuum so I didn't have to find another spot to hang the bag. The maneuverability was comparable to other Bissell upright vacuums we have tested, but it was much lighter than other upright carpet cleaners. The TurboClean made light work of muddy paw prints on our area carpet, and using the hose attachment we were able to get a stain out of the couch. I wish it was a little more portable so it could have been used to clean the car. We are big road trippers and our cars get even more messy from the dogs

Pet Owner Must Have!

I had the opportunity to try the TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and it has quickly become a must-have in my household. As a pet owner, I'm constantly battling fur, drool, and occasional accidents, and this carpet cleaner delivered. I also like to travel which means pet hair, dirty, drool, and more in my car! The TurboClean Pet impressed me with its cleaning power for both challenges. It effectively scrubbed out deep-seated dirt and pet messes, leaving my car seats fresh and revitalized. The powerful suction not only removed moisture but also significantly reduced drying time, which is a huge plus for cleaning the car and being on the go. One of the standout features is its lightweight and compact design, making it easy to maneuver where ever it is needed and the attachment for the upholstery cleaning allowed me to reach all the nooks and cranny's of my back seat. The clean and dirty water tanks are straightforward to fill, empty, and clean, and I appreciate the clear labeling that ensures you won't mix them up. The setup was simple, and I was up and running in minutes. As part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was particularly interested in how this product addressed pet-related messes. The TurboClean Pet does a fantastic job of removing odors, leaving no trace of lingering pet smells. The TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner has made my life as a pet owner so much easier. It's efficient, user-friendly, and designed with pets in mind. If you're looking for an affordable and effective carpet cleaner, I highly recommend giving this one a try. Amazing carpet cleaner!

I received the Bissell turbo clean pet upright carpet cleaner from stellar testing panel to review and give my honest opinion. I received this the week of Christmas and was super excited to be able to shampoo my carpets before the holidays! We have three little kids, two dogs and a cat. So my carpets are in a desperate need of a clean for sure! I have a spot cleaner that I use weekly for small accidents with my children, spit up and food mostly. Or accidents with one of the pets. It definitely helps in a pinch, but I feel like it could be cleaner, if that makes sense. I will be testing this on a rug that is less than two months old and has never been cleaned, it is also in a pretty high traffic area. So I unboxed the cleaner and had hubby put it together. We didn't even have to open the instructions, it was very self-explanatory and snapped together nicely with very little assembly. From the time I opened the box until the time I was using the carpet cleaner wasn't more than five minutes. I can appreciate something that's easy to use and easy to put together. We used it on an area rug in one of the main rooms of our house that is got the most activity. As you can see from the video/pictures we pulled an immense amount of dirt out of this carpet and it looked like new afterward. It's quiet and very lightweight, the switch distributes the water/solution evenly and it took very little to run it. I was pleasantly surprised at how light it was and also how easy it was to clean the tank and add more water/solution! It's about as easy to deep clean your carpets as it is to vacuum them! And the difference is huge! I also did the spare bedroom upstairs which has wall wall carpet and it looks absolutely amazing! I wish I had taken more pictures to show the difference, cause it's night and day! I would absolutely recommend this carpet cleaner. I use the spot cleaner on the staircase briefly, and that seemed to work well too. Honestly, I can't really think of any complaints at

Powerful Cleaning in a Compact Package

When you first assemble this carpet cleaner you will be amazed at how compact it seems compared to others. However, when you put it to work you will be amazed at how well it cleans! The size makes it great for moving it around the house. I was able to use it both in our carpeted upstairs area and in our downstairs main living area where we have an area rug. With children and pets the carpets in our home take a beating and carpet cleaning was always a daunting task as our previous cleaner was large and heavy. This little cleaner was easy to take up and down the stairs and was easy to use to clean all the small spaces throughout the bedrooms. The additional tools make it even more versatile and help in treating small stains and hard to reach areas. While it isn't quite as powerful as some of the larger heavier-duty versions, it packs a lot of power into such a small device. Overall it did a fantastic job at removing pet odors, small stains, and just cleaning out all those everyday-use spots on the carpet and rug. My favorite part by far is the lightweight build of this carpet cleaner, it makes it super quick and easy to pull out and use and helps carpet cleaning become part of my regular cleaning schedule instead of a large and daunting task. I received the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, however, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a compact carpet cleaner that gets the job done efficiently!

A lot of power in this little cleaner

I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have used a few carpet cleaners before this one - most I find are either too bulky to store or too heavy to use. This one was neither of those things. It is pretty slim- and therefore more lightweight even after filling with water and solution. It is narrower in size which makes it easy to maneuver and store. I like that it more resembles a vacuum and not a giant piece of machinery. I love that it comes with cleaning tools- I used one for my couch and it was great! Added bonus was that it comes with a little bag for the tools which I find amazing so things don't get lost. I used this cleaner to clean up after hosting holiday events. The carpets were pretty dirty with shoes being worn and all of the food/ drinks spillage. I have to say the turboclean got all the filth out!! The only complaint I have about this item is that because it is more lightweight, the tank for the solution is pretty small and requires frequent refilling. Other than that this is a great product!!

Must have with kids

I'm a mom of 3 kids under the age of 10, which means we deal with a lot of spills of different consistencies. We have cleaned up milk, slime, bodily fluids, dark juices etc from our carpets and furniture and we haven't felt super satisfied with the ease or cleaning power. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, we were able to try the TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner and WOW! First off, even though its a larger machine, its very easy to maneuver. Its not bulky, it moves over areas seamlessly. Second, with all the attachments it made it so easy to clean up spills on any surface. My three year old spilled chocolate milk on then carpet and couch and this machine was able to fully clean it in less than 10 mins. I also used it on my runners throughout my kitchen and it had them looking brand new. I never thought I would be a dedicated user of an upright machine, but this thing will forever be apart of our home!

Good carpet cleaner

I received the TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner to try from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We used the main cleaner to wash a dirty 5x8 carpet and this product is powerful enough to get the job done. The carpet was visibly whiter after cleaning with this device. The large size of the product is appropriate as it is big enough to clean a medium sized rug relatively quickly and it is not too heavy to maneuver (similar to a large vacuum cleaner). However, the tube connecting the handle to the carpet cleaner is a bit flimsy when twisting it, making turning more challenging. The hand attachment cord is long enough to be useful. However, switching between spraying and suctioning on the cord is a bit tricky. Occasionally liquid would leak out of the spout when not spraying. Emptying the dirty water tank was not intuitive the first time, but we figured it out the second time. Unfortunately, we went through the cleaning product pretty quick as we used almost all of it up in one cleaning session. We also used the cleaner with the hand attachment cord to get grease out of a cloth car seat and it helped quite a bit! Overall, the cleaner works pretty well but it is a fairly large appliance to store and takes a little bit of practice to use initially.

Mighty punch

I received this product through the stellar product testing panel. Assembly for the cleaner was a breeze. As simple as a few clicks. It was packaged nicely. Upon initial assessment, the only thing I noticed was there should have been 2 trial cleaner bottles and I only had one in the box. I was missing what I believed was the anti bacterial cleaner. I decided to test clean my son's bedroom. He spilled a bit of chocolate pudding when he his tonsils removed. I had tried wiping it up immediately but it had been about 6 weeks of set in stain. The carpet is less than 3.5 years old and is vacuumed weekly. I was shocked how much dirt was pulled out of the carpet. After a few extra passes over the stain, the chocolate was removed and the rest of the carpet looks so nice! Maneuvering the machine is simple and far less bulky than the rented machines. It is also far quieter than other carpet cleaners I have used in the past. I am very happy with the turboclean pet upright carpet cleaned!
