I absolutely love my BISSELL TurboClean PET carpet cleaner!
This was my first time assembling and using a carpet-cleaning machine myself. I carefully followed the instructions, and I was surprised by how well it worked!
My carpet looks so much cleaner and refreshed. I couldn't believe the difference!
What I love most is that I no longer need to hire professional carpet cleaners every time my carpet needs cleaning. I can do it myself whenever I want, which saves me money.
It's also convenient for accidental spills. Instead of struggling to clean them by hand or waiting to hire someone, I can use my BISSELL whenever needed.
I'm very happy with my purchase. It's easy to use, convenient, and does a wonderful job.
I highly recommend it!

Very disappointed. Not in the cleaning ability but in the tank capacity. Be prepared to dump and refill every room or flight of stairs. With my old Bissell I could do all 3 bedrooms and hall before needing to dump and refill. Plus I only used 1 cap of solution. Every time you refill this one it says add 5 oz of solution. I will say the carpets look nice. I can't speak on the drying speed because I just finished. It was easy to carry around but I wouldn't buy it again unless the tank sizes changed and were less flimsy. Honestly, it became very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would not buy, second time plugging it in to use on a small area, it abruptly stopped and shut off. Less than 6 days old and is already broken.

Water extraction from the carpet is terrible, even if you make multiple slow. Passes! Proper cleaning requires some disassembly. Just a poor excuse for a carpet cleaner.

Despite the smaller size than what I had previously, I find it much easier to navigate. I am also impressed with the suction. I feel it is superior to what I previously owned. I had read reviews complaining about the tank capacity, but did not find that a problem.
