This carpet cleaner is just what I needed to refresh my space! It was easy to assemble, and is very lightweight for a full size cleaner. It came with multiple accessories and a bag for holding them which was helpful. The tools are easy to use on my sofa and small areas and picked up stains that had been set in for a while. I used the carpet cleaner as a whole to maintain my carpet's cleanliness, and once after my dog got sick on the carpet. All stains came up easily and I can't tell they were ever there in the first place. The water compartments were easy to clean afterwards and keep ready for the next use. Overall, I love this carpet cleaner and appreciate how strong and comprehensive it is for such a lightweight a tool. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner.

Powerful Carpet Cleaner for Tough Stains

I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This is a great tool to have in your home, especially with messy toddlers and pets. I was very impressed with how compact the cleaner and tools can be broken down for storage. I can break it down to a manageable size to store when I'm not using it. It is a little bulky when I maneuver it around my home with multiple levels, but that is to be expected with upright carpet cleaners. With its ability to be broken down to store I don't mind its size while assembled. It is also notable that this Bissell cleaner is very powerful and efficient. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past that have required me to go over the floor/spot too many times. I only had to go over a spot on my area rug once and a spot on my couch two times to make a difference. Another thing I love about this carpet cleaner is the variety of tools it comes with. There is a tool and function for everything I need. I love that I can clean my carpets, area rugs and upholstery. Overall I would recommend this product if you are looking for a product that efficiently cleans spills, stains and day to day wear on your carpets.

I appreciated the compact size of this TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner for storage purposes and also maneuverability. Getting it assembled and then put into action was straightforward. Using it on our entry rug was a breeze and not a very big time commitment. We have a busy family with a toddler a new dog and a baby on the way. Our house is in need of constant cleaning wether its liquid spills or dirt from day to day traffic. The TurboClean pet upright carpet cleaner has made it so much easier to clean up messes thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Because of the overall design, compactness and ease of accessibility, it makes my life more worry free when it comes to the clean up process. It is very easy to refill with cleaning solutions as well as discarding the waste. For a carpet cleaner the size is sleek and not bulky unlike other cleaners I've used in the past. We have a white/beige couch which is always a challenge to keep clean, but with the TurboClean hose attachment, spot cleanups are no longer a hassle. I also like the fact that it comes with a bag to keep this attachment in. The suction is strong and does not leave the carpet completely wet which is nice knowing that the dry time is significantly shorter. Overall I have no complaints about this product and will continue to use it. We own and love all of our Bissell products and will continue recommending them to others!

A Pretty Solid Machine

I received this carpet cleaner through Stellar Product Testing Panel. We recently moved into a new (old) house a few months ago and cleaned the carpets with one of those big ones you rent from the store. We are a strict no shoes inside household but do have kids and 4 cats. I really wasn't expecting the carpets to be that dirty but boy was I wrong. Unboxing and setup was simple. No tools are needed. You really just have to click the handle on and that's it. They include a small bottle of cleaner to get you started but if you plan to do your whole house, I'd have more on hand. Size wise, it's the same as any upright vacuum. It is a tiny bit heavier because of the water storage onboard but it's still pretty easy to pull and navigate with. I'm six foot tall and can use it without issue. The way the handle is designed can accommodate shorter folks as well, the machine will just be a little bit farther away from you. My biggest gripe is that the power button is very low on the machine. You really have to bend over to hit it. Once turned on, it's no louder than a typical vacuum. The suction seems powerful enough to leave the carpet damp enough to quickly dry with a fan on. Clean up is a breeze. Everything disassembles easy enough and can be rinsed out so the machine doesn't get funky while waiting for it's next dirt scrubbing adventure.

Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel I was able to use this Bissell TurboClean™ Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner to clean the biggest mess from my roaming Turkeys! I have carpet on my carport I needed to clean for the holidays due to them getting out of their pen. They make the biggest mess and this carpet cleaner had it clean in no time. The instructions made this easy to put together and get started. The provided cleaning solution has a nice clean smell and works wonders on all stains. The clean water tank is easy to fill with lines indicating when it's full and how much solution to add. The dirty water tank is easy to remove and dump! The brush gets into the carpet fibers very well without it tearing the carpet up. It also comes with a handy handheld tool so you can do pet spots and upholstery with ease! This carpet cleaner seemed to be lighter weight and easy to maneuver even with the water tank full. Cleaning the carpet was as easy as vacuuming! I will be using this over and over again for my unexpected pet messes!
