I received this product through the stellar product testing panel. Assembly for the cleaner was a breeze. As simple as a few clicks. It was packaged nicely. Upon initial assessment, the only thing I noticed was there should have been 2 trial cleaner bottles and I only had one in the box. I was missing what I believed was the anti bacterial cleaner. I decided to test clean my son's bedroom. He spilled a bit of chocolate pudding when he his tonsils removed. I had tried wiping it up immediately but it had been about 6 weeks of set in stain. The carpet is less than 3.5 years old and is vacuumed weekly. I was shocked how much dirt was pulled out of the carpet. After a few extra passes over the stain, the chocolate was removed and the rest of the carpet looks so nice! Maneuvering the machine is simple and far less bulky than the rented machines. It is also far quieter than other carpet cleaners I have used in the past. I am very happy with the turboclean pet upright carpet cleaned!

I received this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and am thrilled with the product! The assembly process was easy to follow and all the parts fit each other nicely. While the locking mechanisms are plastic there is a sense of sturdiness in the build. It was very easy to handle and maneuver along my carpeted floor. I used it to get out a few blemishes in the carpet that had been there at least a couple of years. The bristle ability to penetrate beyond the top layer of carpet made it possible to clear out quarter sized blemishes and leave the entire room looking new and smelling great! The handheld attachments worked great on my couch armrests and helped restore them from looking worn out and dirty. It's a great product and my only wish is it had a larger water holding tank, I have a 600SF carpeted apartment and having to refill the water tank multiple times made the process a bit longer than I wished.

After using the TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner, which was received as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I can easily say this is one of the top appliances in my house. I used the carpet cleaner throughout my entire house, cleaning both carpets and furniture and the ease and quality of cleaning that was achieved was exactly what I hoped for from this product. The upright position moved smoothly across different styles of carpet, both short and long pile lengths. The hose attachment was simple, effective, and powerful as it cleaned grime out of the couches, which had just been cleaned not long ago. As the parent of 3 children, this product is not only powerful enough to clean up any mess a child can make, but the ease of getting the carpet cleaner up and going makes it my go-to appliance. My only negative experience is after using the carpet cleaner, it left a puddle of water underneath the brush as I cleaned out the tanks and prepared to put it away.

Good carpet cleaner

I received the TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner to try from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We used the main cleaner to wash a dirty 5x8 carpet and this product is powerful enough to get the job done. The carpet was visibly whiter after cleaning with this device. The large size of the product is appropriate as it is big enough to clean a medium sized rug relatively quickly and it is not too heavy to maneuver (similar to a large vacuum cleaner). However, the tube connecting the handle to the carpet cleaner is a bit flimsy when twisting it, making turning more challenging. The hand attachment cord is long enough to be useful. However, switching between spraying and suctioning on the cord is a bit tricky. Occasionally liquid would leak out of the spout when not spraying. Emptying the dirty water tank was not intuitive the first time, but we figured it out the second time. Unfortunately, we went through the cleaning product pretty quick as we used almost all of it up in one cleaning session. We also used the cleaner with the hand attachment cord to get grease out of a cloth car seat and it helped quite a bit! Overall, the cleaner works pretty well but it is a fairly large appliance to store and takes a little bit of practice to use initially.

I was given this TurboClean™ Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner to try as part of the Stellar product testing panel. I was so excited to have a deep carpet cleaning for the first time, and this cleaner lived up to the hype I made in my head! I didn't even realize how filthy our carpets were, but after a one hour cleaning, my feet could feel the difference! It was quick and easy to use, and one entire room took a little more than one hour, including getting the couches and pillows and 16 foot rug. The design of the cleaner is much like other machines, but it gives you the option to use a handheld cleaner for things like pillows and our couch backing (where a ton of spills happen) and also the push feature to get larger pieces like rugs and carpet. I really enjoyed using both features, as not all machines have both. It really felt like everything got cleaned, even the heavy duty wine spills that my husband said he cleaned up but still missed. I'll forgive him this time because he let me watch while he did the cleaning. We also got up all the boot tracking that happens during the winter, the disgusting salt, and a ton of puppy pee that soaked in. It really got it all, and the cleaner made the room smell fresh. It moves just as easily as any vacuum would and stores away easily, which is really awesome because my house is small with only has one closet. Overall, I'm so happy we got this and used it immediately. We're going to do our whole upstairs now that we know it's extremely easy to use and doesn't take long to set up.

This thing is great! The Stellar Product Testing Panel sent me the product and after opening it, I was seriously able to use it within 15 minutes!!! The set up was a breeze which involved literally clicking three pieces together. The instructions made sense and were clear, and then there I was on my way. I have a smaller, portable one with just a hose attachment but I've never used a full on upright carpet cleaner. I actually really love the size so that I can clean larger areas like bedrooms. Once I could figure out where the power button and lever to recline the handle was, this was very easy to use and maneuver. The only thing I don't like is that it's hard to wheel around when upright and locked. I ended up carrying it around - which was fine but I would just prefer to wheel it around easily. I cleaned our average size bedroom, closet, and then I spot cleaned a 3 month old fruit pouch stain on a couch cushion left from one of my toddlers (see before and after of that spot clean attached). To do all of that I had to refill 3 times and use the whole bottle of the starter cleaner (which smells absolutely fantastic btw!) I feel like it does go through the clean water/cleaner solution pretty fast and it is kind of annoying having to refill it so often, but at the same time the machine isn't too heavy so I'll take the more frequent refills over a beast of a machine. I also included a picture of the dirty water and holy cow did it get a lot of dirt!!! The suction is incredible. I vacuumed right before too and it was still picking up crazy dust bunnies from I don't even know where!! We've only had these carpets about 2 years too and we're a strictly shoes off inside the house family so I'd say that's pretty impressive. Overall my favorite thing about using the machine was the smell of the cleaner! I want to buy more and clean more carpets just so my house can keep smelling like it. Also, once the carpets dried in our bedroom walking around on them is SO nice!

This carpet cleaner packs some real power! I thought my carpets were pretty clean, but I was shocked by the amount of dirt that it pulled up. The installation instructions were easy to follow, and I was able to get it set up and read to use in less than 10 minutes. The machine is pretty quiet and lifts dirt and pet hair quickly, with minimal effort. My absolute favorite part of this machine is how efficient it is at extracting the water and leaving the carpet nice and dry! There are a few apprehensions I have with the machine design and use. The placement of the power button makes it a little cumbersome to turn on and off, and the hefty design makes it a bit clunky to maneuver and get into tighter spaces. As for the functionality, my main concern was with the amount of cleaning solution that the machine dispensed in a short amount of time. I tested the product on an area rug, but I know I would need to refill the cleaning reservoir multiple times and use a lot of solution to clean a larger area of carpet. However, based on the results I see, I think it might be worth it. Overall, I was very impressed with the power of this cleaner and how easy it is to use and clean after use. I will definitely be working on some more rooms in the house soon. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner.

Powerful and easy to use

I have never owned or used a carpet cleaner before. I live in a pet-free, shoes-off home where my kids are only allowed to eat/drink in the kitchen or dining room, so I just assumed my carpets didn't need cleaning. Then, I received this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and realized how wrong I was. I cleaned my stair-runner carpet and a 8x10 foot carpet in my son's bedroom and was SHOCKED by how dirty the water in the dirty water tank was. Amazing! As I said before, I'm a complete beginner to carpet cleaning, and I found this Turboclean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner extremely easy to use. The instruction book included was concise and easy to follow, and I had the cleaner assembled and ready to clean in less than 5 minutes. The size is about the same as most upright vacuum cleaners, and it's no heavier or harder to use than one of those. It maneuvers easily and has plenty of length to the power cord to reach all over my rooms. When using the hose and smaller attachment to clean my stair carpet, I kept the unit on the bottom floor and was able to reach more than halfway up my flight of stairs. I easily did the top half of the staircase by moving the unit up to the top floor (its base is too big to fit on my narrow New-England stair treads). Hooking up the hose and upholstery attachment was simple, as was changing the water tanks and cleaning the machine after I was finished. Overall, I was really happy with this carpet cleaner, however, there is one very large exception to that: the smell of the cleaning formula. There was one sample of cleaning formula included (though the box itself and the instruction manual both indicated that there should be TWO samples included, there was only one), Bissell Pro Max Clean + Protect. I used the minimum recommended amount and was really disappointed with just how much fragrance this cleaner includes. The smell of the cleaner is similar to a air freshener, which I am sure some people find pleasant,
