The carpet cleaner I've always needed!

I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have always been hesitant to use a carpet cleaner because they seemed cumbersome, hard to assemble, and hard to take apart once the cleaning was done. But with this TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner, my mind has officially been changed! The design of this product is great - all of the components are easy to assemble, simple to use, and easy to take apart to clean. It is the same size as a regular vacuum so it does take up quite a bit of space, but it's not cumbersome in its design. I was able to clean a section of my downstairs carpet and a rug and it cleaned very well! I was able to see a lot of dirt, hair, and grime that was picked up. It had good suction power and after a few passes, most of the water was soaked up as well making it quick to dry. This product also came with a hose and hand-held attachment which we used to clean a small rug. But this attachment could also be used to clean upholstery. The attachment worked great and was really easy to use. The cleaner itself ran smoothly, was easy to push and pull back and forth across the carpet, and worked seamlessly. I was able to clean some stains on our carpet and years worth of dirt and unseen grime came up as well. It was so satisfying seeing how much came out of the carpet! We have a dog, cat and a toddler but this product held up to the job! Overall, the only thing I would change about the product is making it a little slimmer or smaller. The feature I liked the most was how easy and simple it is to use and then take apart to clean. I will not be intimidated again and am looking forward to having a much cleaner and healthier house for myself, and especially my kid!

I recently tried this carpet cleaner, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The powerful suction removed even deeply embedded dirt. I used it to clean are rugs in our house and also our couch. The attachments to be able to clean upholstery were a must have, I was able to easily clean out couch where our dog likes to lay and my little kids like to eat. With two littles and a very active dog this carpet cleaner will get used often. I appreciated how easy it was to assemble and use, with clear instructions. The tank capacity was a good size, allowing me to clean a large area without needing to refill. It didn't leave my carpet too wet either, which helped it dry faster. It's easy to grab out of the closet and use for quick cleans. Overall, it's a reliable, efficient, and easy-to-use cleaner that I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to give their carpets a deep, thorough clean. Powerful Cleaning in a Compact Package

When you first assemble this carpet cleaner you will be amazed at how compact it seems compared to others. However, when you put it to work you will be amazed at how well it cleans! The size makes it great for moving it around the house. I was able to use it both in our carpeted upstairs area and in our downstairs main living area where we have an area rug. With children and pets the carpets in our home take a beating and carpet cleaning was always a daunting task as our previous cleaner was large and heavy. This little cleaner was easy to take up and down the stairs and was easy to use to clean all the small spaces throughout the bedrooms. The additional tools make it even more versatile and help in treating small stains and hard to reach areas. While it isn't quite as powerful as some of the larger heavier-duty versions, it packs a lot of power into such a small device. Overall it did a fantastic job at removing pet odors, small stains, and just cleaning out all those everyday-use spots on the carpet and rug. My favorite part by far is the lightweight build of this carpet cleaner, it makes it super quick and easy to pull out and use and helps carpet cleaning become part of my regular cleaning schedule instead of a large and daunting task. I received the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, however, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a compact carpet cleaner that gets the job done efficiently!

Lightweight, powerful, and easy to clean!

This cleaner is lightweight and easy to maneuver, yet offers a powerful clean. Living with pets, a toddler and a charming and clumsy husband, I use a carpet cleaner at least twice a month for significant spaces on the floor, and more often for spot cleaning. I used the Bissel Turboclean Pet to clean a stubborn carpet stain as well as some deep stains on the arm of my couch. Beyond the great maneuverability and lightweight design, both the clean and dirty water tanks are very easy to connect, disconnect, carry and clean. This cleaner banished that stubborn carpet stain and immediately lifted significant dark spots off of the arm of my couch, which seems to take a lot of abuse. The upholstery tool was very effective and I really appreciate it self-cleaning, "clean out" feature, as I feel it really helps to keep the unit clean. My favorite features, the lightweight design and ease of after-cleaning, means that even with rheumatoid arthritis, these tasks are much less taxing for me and I am more easily able to maintain a clean home. This powerful machine looks sleek and is less bulky, meaning I can fit it into a smaller space better than other cleaners I've had. I love this carpet cleaner. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I got to try out the TurboClean™ Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner. With four pets (2 cats & 2 dogs) and a 6-month-old baby who's just starting to roll and sit on her own, keeping our carpets clean is a big deal. Our little one is spending so much time on the ground now, so I want to make sure it's as clean as possible for her. We recently got back from a long trip visiting family, & it felt so good to refresh the carpets for the New Year. After weeks away, you really notice your "house smell" that you get used to too easily & yeah...the house needed some love. Design and Size: The cleaner is lightweight and easy to carry, which I really appreciated while tackling different rooms. It's compact enough to store without taking up a ton of space, which is a plus when you've got baby gear everywhere. It really did a pretty great job on messes. There were some previous mystery stains that we spot treated in the past and this did a fab job at lifting a lot of those. Between the dogs and general wear and tear, the carpets looked so much fresher after using it. Honestly scary how I didn't realize my living room rug was supposed to be a few shades lighter... I felt a lot better letting my baby roll around on the floor afterward. The attachments are handy, especially for furniture. With our two cats claiming every single piece of furniture as their own, the upholstery tool got plenty of use. This cleaner is pretty easy to maneuver. It's decently light enough to move from room to room without much hassle, and it handled corners and tighter spaces well. I didn't feel like I was wrestling with it, which is always a win. It worked great for everyday dirt, pet messes, and giving the house a little refresh after being away for so long. I focused on the areas where our baby plays the most, and it felt good knowing those spots were extra clean. I also really appreciated how quickly the carpets dried after cleaning.

Powerful cleaner that will revive your carpet

The design and size of the TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner is a bit of a double-edged sword. While it is powerful, it is quite heavy and cumbersome to maneuver, especially when carrying it up and down the stairs. Finding a place to store it when it's not in use was also challenging due to its bulk. However, its cleaning power more than makes up for these drawbacks. This carpet cleaner was effective at removing stains and deeply embedded dirt, even on older carpets and rugs like mine. It is really satisfying to see how much dirty water gets pulled up during cleaning! The included tools were excellent, especially for reaching those tight corners and tackling carpeted stairs that haven't been thoroughly cleaned in years. I've used this cleaner to tackle messes from my two senior dogs, who often have accidents and shed a lot of hair, as well as food and drink spills from my two young, messy kids. It works wonders, leaving our carpet feeling fresh and almost like new underfoot. It seemed to handle both quick touch-ups and deeper, set-in messes really well, leaving our carpets and rugs clean without soaking them. Although the weight was a downside, the TurboClean's performance and convenience saved me from spending hundreds on professional rug cleaning services. I cleaned my area rugs at entryway points that get the dirtiest. It did a great job at cleaning and it vacuumed at the same time but it did leak a lot. It's lightweight and easy to manuver. It took only a couple of minutes to add more water and solution to the clean water tank as it empties quickly. It's so simple to assemble and use. This is a perfect size for someone with just area rugs. Adding a drip tray to catch the leaks would be awesome! The solution smells great and not too overpowering.

I've never owned a carpet cleaner until this one but I have to say, it's pretty simple and straight forward to use. Very easy and quick to assemble and much lighter than I expected it to be. I've always had pets in my life and now add in a kiddo and things happen. This was my chance to try and remove some of the dirty spots and lick spots on the couch. I was so excited that I forgot to take pictures beforehand but let me tell you our couch looks so much better now! I've only had a chance to use the hose attachment and it did a great job. Also liked that it came with a pointy hose attachment so you can get in between the cushions. So from a handheld cleaning I would give it an A.
