Good multipurpose carpet cleaner

I received this carpet shapooer through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The main job I used it for was to clean a carpet in my son's nursery. This carpet had never been cleaned since we bought it three years ago. The shampooer did okay in this situation. It is more of a compact shapooer which makes it nice for smaller spaces and quick jobs. It would take quite a while to do the whole rug in the nursery. It definitely made the rug cleaner, but it still wasn't fully clean. That is probably because it is such a light rug and so much time has passed. This shampooer however is great for smaller jobs like spot cleaning messes from pets on the carpet or couch. I used it to clean the fabric on my kitchen chairs and that worked great as well. The wand is easy to use and because of its compact size, it is simple to do a quick job. I like the added tools that came with it, there really was one for any job. Overall I would say this is a great multi purpose shampooer for everyday messes.

Works wonders!!

I received this carpet cleaner from Stellar Product Testing Panel to try out. I was excited about the prospect of a carpet and upholstery cleaner but I was a bit apprehensive if it would actually work. I was blown away by the results! I do not have pets but I do have a few kids (toddlers included). I have carpet in the bedrooms, couches and accent chairs, as well as fabric dining chairs. This cleaner worked on them all! In general, I prefer a smaller vacuum cleaner but I understand that this design is necessary for the water tanks. If the handle would be able to fold downward for storage, it would be the perfect compromise. The instructions were fairly straightforward, and it only took a few moments to get the machine up and running properly. For the carpets, the machine is upright with a button to release the soap and water on the handle. Passing the vacuum forward and backwards a few times removed stains pretty fast. For the furniture, the handheld piece has a similar button on the handle to release the cleaning agent. This required a little more energy to scrub the stains with the hand piece. As a con, the button was a little bit in the way of getting a good grip on the handle to scrub once the stain was soaked. Additionally, the self clean only worked one side of cleaner, but this is not a big deal for me. Overall, this cleaner worked extremely well on the stains from my kids. In the carpet, there were some icee drippings and a makeup smudge that were removed (see photos). On the accent chair, all kinds of stuff from my kids were removed. The after photo looks more blue because I used flash which I forgot to for the before photo. On the dining chairs, all kind of liquid spills were removed. I feel so much calmer about my kids making messes now that I have this cleaning tool :)

Amazing Carpet Cleaner - Especially for Pet Owners!

I am very thankful for the TurboClean™ Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner! Not only does this product clean carpets with a breeze, but it also can clean those hard to reach spots that pets always seem to find too! I am in love with the long hose for cleaning furniture and stairs. My pets love hanging out on the couch, so this is one place that always needs extra attention. I used the cleaning hose and bristle block to clean the couch - check out the before and after photos! This carpet cleaner did an amazing job and is very easy to maneuver. An added bonus is the solution that comes with it smells amazing! I was worried it would have a chemical smell, but it doesn't! One thing to note is that there is an additional rubberized block (not included) to remove embedded pet hair and debris. This is an attachment that seems like it would be really beneficial depending on the surface you are trying to clean. But the included bristle block did a great job on my couch. A really cool feature is the see-through handle on the long hose attachment. This allows you to see through the handle and see the cleaning solution being sucked up (see photo). You can see when you have gotten all of the moisture out of the item you are cleaning. One solution tank provides cleaning liquid for the long hose handle and bottom carpet cleaner. This tank has easy measuring marks for foolproof fill-ups. Also, the handle has an easy cleanout mode. This mode runs the cleaning solution through the extension hose and cleans itself instead of spraying out onto a surface. If cleaned properly, this carpet cleaner could last a long time. Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this TurboClean™ Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner! All around a good product for the price point. Definitely a bang for the buck!

Compact size but big cleaning potential

I received this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel but I am absolutely thrilled with this product! The design and size are spot on-it's much smaller than a standard upright cleaner, making it so much easier to handle, yet far more effective than those small handheld ones. The cleaning power is nothing short of excellent. I was amazed that it lifted an old pet stain in just one try, completely eliminating both the spot and the smell. That alone makes it worth every penny! The included tools are a fantastic bonus. The upholstery attachment works wonderfully; I used it on my couch to clean a spot where my son had an accident, and it handled it with ease. While the spray is a bit wide, it didn't detract from the overall performance-it's still incredibly effective. Maneuverability is a dream. Even when fully loaded with water, it's lightweight and easy to move from room to room. No awkward struggles here-it's just effortless. I've put this cleaner to the test on all kinds of messes, from carpets and rugs to couches. With two young kids, two dogs, and two cats in the house, spills and stains are a constant battle. This machine made everything look brand new again, giving me the peace of mind I need with a crawling baby around. What I love most is the compact design, powerful cleaning capabilities, and great suction-it gets every bit of the mess up. This carpet cleaner is a game-changer for busy households like mine! All surface steam cleaner

I received this vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and overall, I am very impressed. The vacuum's design is compact and sleek, making it easy to store and transport. Great product would buy again

I have pets and animals and this cleaner handled them all! I've never used an expensive machine like this, but it's so worth it. The quality is amazing and it makes messes easy to clean up. It is so light weight compared to move cleaners I've used. It is definitely used daily and an essential around my house now.

Must Have for Families

This thing does it all! I'm so thankful to have been given this by the Stellar Product Testing Panel to test and review- surprise surprise, we're in love! As an upright carpet cleaner it worked wonders on the rugs in my kids rooms, and we are a no shoes in the house family! I couldn't believe the dirt and messes it pulled up, the rugs didn't even look dirty. It's not heavy or awkward to use (I am very pregnant, for reference), but with the upright setting it does spray a lot of cleaning solution if used per the manual. The true wonder for me was how easy and effective the upholstery tools were! The Bissel is so easy and quick to use! We have a really nice set of couches that just get wrecked by the kids and they look good as new after a quick half hour and one tank of cleaning solution! What I appreciate most is that while using the hand held brush, the suction works amazingly well so your couches aren't soaking wet for hours afterwards. Cleaning the machine and tank was quick and intuitive as well. This machine is a must have for families and pet owners! My only critique is I wish they labeled the tank for a half tank of solution instead of a full tank that way you could spot clean without needing to use up the whole tank of cleaning solution.

Does It Sphynx?

On today's episode of "Does It Sphynx" we have the Bissell TurboClean™ Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner. Sphynx cats tend to leave an oily residue behind and mine likes to curl up in the only light colored chair in the house, so I am always on the lookout for a good carpet/upholstery cleaner. The chair is the first thing I tackled. My initial impressions: The cleaner is light weight and easy to maneuver. I don't like that the upholstery tool can not be stored on the cleaner. Instead, it has to be kept in a separate bag and you have to pull it out and connect it each time you want to use it. I am also not fond of the location of the power switch. It's down pretty far on the back of the machine so you have to squat pretty low to reach it. I do like the handle on the dirty water bin and I like how easy it is to dump. I also appreciate that the clean water bin has a flat bottom so I can set it down in the sink while it fills without worrying about it falling over. During cleaning: The spray nozzle on the upholstery cleaner seemed to work well. The water fanned out nicely and it sucked it back up as it should. As far as how well it cleaned, the results were pretty splotchy. It looked great in some areas, while others looked like I hadn't even touched them. This could possibly be fixed by going over it several times, but I'm not about to spend all day cleaning a chair. Next I cleaned the dirtiest rug in my house which lives in my basement. This rug has several VERY set in stains. For this, I used the carpet cleaner. The Bissell actually pleasantly surprised me on this part. It pulled a lot of very gross, dark water out of the rug and even seemed to have lightened up some of the worst of the stains. Overall, I would say if you are looking for a carpet cleaner, this is a nice product. If you are looking for something to cleaned heavily soiled upholstery, I would look into a different product. This carpet cleaner does best at what it says is does: cleaning carpets.
