I am impressed with how easy the TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner from Bissell was easy to put together and to use. I especially like the hose for cleaning steps and uphostery. It is lightweight and does not take up very much room when stored.

Great product. Gets up the dirt grime and dust in the carpet. This is better for a smaller room. All my bedrooms are large with carpet. I have to refill about 2-3 times for a good cleaning

I really love this shampooer. It really picks up the pet hair. I would have given it 5 stars but the cord is only 20 ft. instead of 25 ft. like my old shampooer. Also with the clean tank being stationary I can't watch the water go into the tank.

The actual brush mechanism is even narrower than narrow width of the vacuum. It could be used for area rugs, but barely; be prepared to fill the tank constantly. I'd spend more for a model with a larger volume reservoir and one that heats the water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this because it's the lightest weight carpet shampooer with attachments it works as well as my bissell pro heat pet pro however I need to empty the dirty water tank often I wish it was bigger and the clips that hold the dirty water tank in place are hard to manage otherwise it's awesome.
