Great for pet and toddler stains!

I've been having heavy winter storms and that means wet dogs with muddy paws- bonus: I have corgis, so their little legs means wet bellies too! Add in the daily life of a toddler, and the carpeted areas of my house never seem fully clean. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I am so happy it came right before the holidays! Set up was super easy, and I was able to clean up some area rugs during nap time! The cleaning power was great- some older spots still exist, but seem lighter. It does fill up quickly, so you have to pay attention and empty it out multiple times, but this is something I've come to expect of vacuums and carpet cleaners. I do wish emptying was easier. I appreciate that it's not too heavy, and the suction seemed consistent.

Cleaned better than the professionals!

I received the TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner from the Stellar product testing panel to try out and share my feedback. The product came close to Christmas and I had just had our carpets cleaned for company coming for the holiday so I didn't expect that there would be much to clean during my initial run. I have dark colored carpet so it conceals stains and I didn't see any trouble spots so I just ran the cleaner over my home office carpet. The water was so dirty I couldn't believe it. The carpet cleaner did a great job and removed more gunk that I didn't realize was there and really shouldn't have been there after I paid to have our carpets cleaned. The carpet cleaner was light weight compared to what I've used in the past and it navigated our thick carpet really well. I would certainly recommend this carpet cleaner and I look forward to continuing to use it in the future when we have clean up needs from our pets, spills or high traffic areas. It's easy to use and certainly impressed me with the stuff it was able to clean out after having our carpets cleaned.

Compact in size, excellent in use!

I received this through the stellar testing panel. I was super excited to receive this product and it held up to the excitement! First and foremost, it is incredibly easy to assemble! Once it's assembled, it's still a nice compact size that doesn't take up too much space, perfect for smaller homes such as mine! The design is simple and easy to use, nothing overly complicated to figure out! The cleaning power was exactly what I was looking for! Between my husband and 9 month old, my carpets get spills way too often! The removed those stains with very little time and effort! I was able to get the carpets cleaned up and move onto the next task in no time! The carpet cleaner is also super easy to maneuver around which made transitioning between messes super easy! Over all, this is exactly the kind of carpet cleaner I would look for especially living in a small home. It's simple, doesn't take up too much space, and does an excellent job!

I appreciated the compact size of this TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner for storage purposes and also maneuverability. Getting it assembled and then put into action was straightforward. Using it on our entry rug was a breeze and not a very big time commitment. I can envision many other future cleaning projects in our home-rugs, carpets, couches, etc. I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Powerful cleaner that will revive your carpet

The design and size of the TurboClean Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner is a bit of a double-edged sword. While it is powerful, it is quite heavy and cumbersome to maneuver, especially when carrying it up and down the stairs. Finding a place to store it when it's not in use was also challenging due to its bulk. However, its cleaning power more than makes up for these drawbacks. This carpet cleaner was effective at removing stains and deeply embedded dirt, even on older carpets and rugs like mine. It is really satisfying to see how much dirty water gets pulled up during cleaning! The included tools were excellent, especially for reaching those tight corners and tackling carpeted stairs that haven't been thoroughly cleaned in years. I've used this cleaner to tackle messes from my two senior dogs, who often have accidents and shed a lot of hair, as well as food and drink spills from my two young, messy kids. It works wonders, leaving our carpet feeling fresh and almost like new underfoot. It seemed to handle both quick touch-ups and deeper, set-in messes really well, leaving our carpets and rugs clean without soaking them. Although the weight was a downside, the TurboClean's performance and convenience saved me from spending hundreds on professional rug cleaning services. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet cleaner!

Amazing for both big and small messes!

I was sent this product from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have a 3 year old and 3 cats so messes range from big to small and happen every day. This machine was amazing for all messes we used it for. To start, this carpet cleaner is much lighter than I expected it to be which makes it easier to maneuver. Also, the clean water tank being separate from the dirty water tank was a huge plus. It was easy to clean and took only a few minutes after doing our carpets. We used it to clean a full carpet first. This carpet had seen everything from spilled juice to cat stains. Everything came up after a few passes. What is even better was how much water it would suck up during dry passes. I've had carpets need days to dry, this only needed a few hours. The attachments are easy to attach and also to clean. We were able to use it on our couch woth no issues of attachments falling off or getting tangled. I love that it came with a storage bag for the attachments since the attachments aren't attached permanently to the machine. The only con I can see with this carpet cleaner is the sound. It is rather loud if you compare to a vacuum cleaner, however, the sound is something you can get past when it comes to it's great cleaning power.

My Home Smells Like New

I was given this carpet cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Specifically, the TurboClean™ Pet Upright Carpet Cleaner, and I have to say I was blown away by this things performance and overall ability. The body itself was far less bulky than previous cleaners I've operated, and it felt incredibly light in comparison. It was much easier to push around the floor and over carpet. So much so that upon first use, I did two separate rugs in different floors and our whole stairway! I couldn't believe how much dirt and grime this cleaner pulled up from our rugs and carpet. To be honest, the cleaner was a huge help as well because we own "ruggables" which can be difficult to wash at home or you need to pay to take them to a laundromat. This solved that issue in a big way and brought our carpet back to life. Even the scent from the Bissell cleaning solution was amazing. My office smells and feels so much cleaner with years of the excess debris and dust pulled out of the stairs and rug. Another great feature to this carpet cleaner was how easy the reservoir pieces are to remove and fill and clean after finishing. I found the intuitive and well made for a simple process. Even the additional cleaning tools were as simple to exchange out and clean with. The crevice and tough stain tools were excellent at getting difficult to reach spots and still get the same cleaning power. After thorough use because I was so impressed, I was dismayed that the hose dropped with the tough stain tool attachment and the clear plastic top cover partially broke. I understand why it's removable to be cleaned and so forth but after trying to reattach the pieces I can see why they might break as they are very tiny and possibly fragile. The hose dropped from vacuum level or lower as I was finishing a spot on the carpet floor. Useful Tool But Sort of Niche

I received this product as part of the Stellar Testing Panel. I was in the market for a similar type tool for a while so I jumped at the opportunity to try this one out. We have a fair bit of carpet throughout our house, and while high quality, it begins to look pretty shabby at times due to pets, small children, and dirty shoes (especially during the rainy / muddy / snowy months). We had professional carpet cleaning not too long ago, but already, I could see some stains developing that our regular vacuum wasn't handling. I was impressed by Turbo Clean's ability to get below the surface. Our carpet definitely looks better than it did before! And to be honest, my inner "clean freak" just feels better knowing that I cleaned below the surface and not just the top layer of dirt. I also really like the attachments that make it possible to clean the stairs since that's such a high traffic area. I found it a little "stiff" in its ability to maneuver in tight spaces, but it wasn't impossible. It just wasn't as "nimble" as other vacuums and cleaners I've used. I personally try to be pretty non-toxic in my home cleaning supplies so I didn't love some of the chemicals in the provided cleaner. I wonder if I could substitute my non-toxic cleaning options in the tank, but I wasn't sure and didn't want to risk damaging the machine with products not designed for it. All in all, I'm very happy with it and happy to have the option to clean more deeply than a regular vacuum allows. It's not perfect, and there are some stains that didn't come out completely (particularly some marker stains on my son's rug), but that may just come with the territory of this stage of life. We're pretty tough on our floors! If you have a lot of carpeted areas in your home, you should definitely consider this product!
